Hidden gem. I’ve had the opportunity to have experienced Moroccan family meals and authentic restaurants growing up in Paris. This is as good as it gets short of laying on the couch and eating with your hands.
The place: extremely homey with pictures of Morocco. Decor is not the typical painted tiles, yet very pleasant and easy to the eyes.
The Service: We did happen to go with the waiter’s parents, and of course were treated extremely well with a high level of professionalism. Grady knew tried the plates and was very helpful.
The food: There is a level of presentation: it is not thrown out there in random, yet it still reminds me of the experiences I had with my Moroccan friends in Paris. The food was absolutely stunning, or at least the dish I had (Lamb Zitoune). A perfect combination of taste, moisture creating what the Japonese call “Umami”. One item I think it misses is the Lamb Merguez, of which I was so looking forward to.
I wish this establishment many more years. This is a bold step to introduce this experience here. Hopefully Mainers are ready for this.

The food is incredible. I love lamb and this was just falling-off-the-bone-tender. Theresa my server took EXCELLENT care of me.
It was beautiful sitting outside but the ambience is exquisite inside. I’m going back!

Fantastic addition to Bridgton! We really loved the chicken wings and I enjoyed the lamb tagine. It is right by the Bridgton golf range which has a surprisingly nice view of nearby mountains. The service was attentive, friendly, and overall very good. The chicken wings had some nice char flavor and were not spicy, rather they had more of a citrusy garlic type of flavor. My lamb tagine was tender and really flavorful, and my wife enjoyed the chicken tagine which had similar flavors to the wings, so it was really good and cooked perfectly. We finished with the sesame stick dessert which was like a Phyllo dough with spices, nuts, and sesame. The sesame went perfectly with our Turkish coffees. Highly recommend!

We had no idea what to expect of a Moroccan restaurant attached to a golf course in Bridgton Maine! The food was OUTSTANDING. Literally not a miss in the whole meal…Greek salad, lamb, chicken, couscous, rice, vegetable, and fries…one was better than the next. The owner provided excellent guidance on which items do not lend themselves well to take out. Portions were quite large. All five of us were very happy

Absolutely incredible culinary adventure! We never had Moroccan/Moorish food before and a most welcome addition to Bridgton’s dining experience! It was just a little cold, but considering the frigid weather…Outstandingdining in the warmer weather would be awesome…We will be back!!

Wow!!! What an amazing addition to Bridgton. Chandra is a gem and so knowledgeable about the menu. The kitchen knocks it out of the park as well! We absolutely love the marinated fish tagine, Alhambra plate, but everything else we’ve tried has been delicious too. can’t wait to go back!

Very disappointed with the server and price transparency. She talked up getting a side of rice to go with one of our meals. She mentioned that it would be an additional charge however, she did not let on that it would be over $10.00 or ~40% on top of the meal . Would have been very happy with the included pita bread had the details of over priced side of rice been shared. The meals, rice, bread and wine were all good, but I don’t care for not getting the full story.

Maybe the best version of a burger I’ve ever had. The food is amazing. The lamb shank was incredibly tender and worked beautifully with the olives and preserved lemon. Bridgton is lucky to have this place. Will definitely go back!

$17+ for 6 chicken wings just feels wrong. The waitress measured our wine pour in a measuring cup, then poured 6oz into our glasses, gouche.
The food was fantastic tasting, but I will not allow measuring a wine pour and lofty $ to pass my sniff test.

The moorish chicken wings are the best wings I have ever had. Crispy and flavorful and consistent the 3 times I have ordered them. This establishment is dedicated to serving great food.
