This subway was extremely rude. I came in with a friend and was rushed to order after sitting down. The lady was extremely rude telling us that the homeless are not allowed to sit inside so why would we. She said are you gonna order something. I told her maybe she said okay then you can leave. Very disrespectful. Bad customer service.

I went into this establishment and it was very clean from what I observed the Crew Member was very polite and greeted me as I walked in held a conversation with manager and crew. protective of her boss and that was intriguing to me ive worked in restaurant field for 25+ years and they seem to be a great team i would say a solid foundation here. The atmosphere was like home and I definitely recommend this Subway The manager cares for her customers without a doubt she gave the most outstanding customer service. Great place HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE TWO WOMEN WERE GRRRREAT!!!

Ordered 3 sandwiches.
NOT TOASTED. Young man decided to toast them anyhow after being asked not to several times.
Then while cutting them one of them lost nearly all fillings from 1 side and he laughed and said sorry and wrapped it up and put it in the bag.
I asked if we could get them all 3 made correctly and he responded with. Have a great day and enjoy. I asked again and he ignored me with a deer in headlights look.
I get it it, its not the most glamorous job. But its your job. Just follow simple directions.

This is the worst subway I have ever eaten. The tomatoes were soggy and past their prime. The chicken had no flavor and wasn’t cooked enough. I am highly disappointed and upset at the quality of the food as well as the staff. The man who made our sandwiches didn’t seem to care to be there. He threw stuff on the bread without caring how sloppy it turned out… I don’t want to eat here again.

We ordered our food so we wouldn’t have to wait. They day was already a long one. When we got there they didn’t have boxes for the pizza so my son had to choose something else and we still had to wait. During that time an employee dropped a sandwich so we had to wait longer for that. A good 30 min of waiting.
My 2 kids witnessed a man peeing on the side of the building after being denied bathroom access, so.ething no mom wants their daughter to see.
Once we returned home I realized they made 2 of the same sandwich instead of what was ordered. So we have to drive back to the store and waste more time and gas adding to an already long day. A simple and fast food pick up turned into an hr long ordeal.
PS. Husband came home with my sanwhich. It was a chicken bacon ranch. There was no bacon on it, maybe 5 peices of chicken and only on one side of the sandwich, and parts of the bread was burned. I basically ate a veggie sandwich but wasn’t about to waste more time here.

Tried to cancel an order as the website and app says to do it through the store as I was unable to pick it up. The lady cece on the phone said she wasn’t gonna be able to do anything for me. Which I know isn’t right!! Still have not received my refund through them!! Terrible service.
