The customer service in Burger King has gotten better over the last couple of months. Food is alright. The lobby needs to be cleaned a little bit more often. Just a suggestion have 1 person per shift be in charge of the lobby keeping it clean and wiping down everything.

We always get food from the drive through. Sometimes the wait is long but the staff is always really friendly and accommodating. The food is average BK quality. I liked the Sponge Bob meal, but nothing beats the snack wraps.

The service was fast and friendly, and my food was good. You could see there was some disorganization , but it was also Rush Hour on Friday. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but all in all it very much was above average.

I was bringing my mom home after we had delivered some furniture to my sister’s and it was decided before we were even a block away from her house that we were going to go just a little out of the way to stop here. It was getting late in the day and we were pretty worn out from the lifting and travel so neither one of us wanted too much as far as cooking. We were not disappointed and in fact we were pleasantly surprised that stopping actually put us in better moods. The person who had taken our order was very friendly and polite. Then when we had placed our order and pulled up to the window, the gentleman that gave us the order was just as professional. Double bonus in my book. Seems that you don’t always get that nowadays. Our order was correct and was freshly made. Triple bonus time. Thank you Burger King in Cumberland, Wisconsin for being a great group of people who are working in a sometimes thankless job and for making a long day more tolerable without even realizing it.

Stop at this location occasionally to grab lunch. Food is always hot, service sometimes lacks…. But what impressed me the last time I stopped was the table set up for the fallen. As a veteran, its the small things like this that mean the most.

I was having a serious craving and BK did not disappoint. Hot, fresh, salty fries, delicious whopper, and a strawberry Fanta slushy hit the spot!!! Was in and out in under 3 minutes at the drive thru. Perfect.

I have been coming to this Burger King for over 20 years now and it has NEVER been managed this well since Chris took over a few years ago. His staff esp management (Joe in particular) always give me such great service. They are friendly efficient and are always working hard! I really appreciate that kind of service as it does NOT go unnoticed! Hard to find at fast food places now a days!

everytime my family goes there our food is cold. went yesterday 1-29-25 and ordered 3 of the 2for $5 plus 3 fries. walked out to car started driving down the road, reached in to grab fries out and they were ice cold. the whoppers werent very warm either.
