For this location specifically, the ambience of the restaurant is great. Located around other fast food restaurants, Shake Shack has an outdoor patio area with lots of outdoor string lights giving it a fun energy. The inside is very, very clean and large & spacious with its design. The service was great, quick, and the employees were friendly. The food itself could have been better. My fries were cooked, but I didn’t receive them freshly hot. They were just heated. My Shake Shack single burger was slightly undercooked, even by the chains standards.The cheese looked like it was sitting under the heat lamp for too long, where didn’t have that freshly melted cheese appearance. Aesthetically though, overall, it was one pretty looking burger. However, I’ve had much better burgers from Shake Shack.

Look, the food is fine. But the delivery is consistently awful. I’ve ordered 3 meals from here for delivery. Every time they mess up the shake. First 2 times the delivery guy forgot it at the restaurant. This time I did get my shake, but it was coating the inside of the bag, and all the food. Lesson learned, never order shakes from shake shack. Ironic.
Chicken sandwich is great though. Fries need a bit more salt as they are frequently bland.

My son wanted to try Shake Shack so we went there. It was very clean inside. They also had outside dining available as well. There is a register and a kiosk for quick ordering. When we arrived we went to the kiosks and placed our order. We grabbed a number and placed it on the table. Once we were seated the staff brought the order to the table. They had on gloves which is a big + for me! Food was very fresh and delicious! I ordered the chicken shack sandwich with cheese and onions. They came around with a QR code to comment on the servers service. It was a great atmosphere. We sat and talked and laughed in there for awhile. We will definitely visit again.

I had the shroom burger which was amazing, definitely recommend getting it with the cherry peppers for a little kick. Not a fan of the fried pickles, it was a little disappointing. The shake shack sauce wasn’t great either. I also tried the trending Dubai chocolate shake, the kataifi in the shake was super fresh, couldn’t really taste the pistachios or the chocolate and it was super sweet.
It cost us ~25$ per person for a meal for two, pretty steep for a “fast food” joint. But the ingredients are always super fresh and the burgers never disappoint!

I don’t know what’s going on but the chicken on the chicken sandwiches has gotten a lot smaller nearly paper thin chicken breast. Shame on you shake shack for trying to pass this off as acceptable. I will not be wasting money at this shake shack or any shake shack again if these are the new portion sizes.

Value (3/5): We find that the cost of the food is not worth its value. With the cost of the food, you would expect more than crinkle fries (e.g. think Chick-Fil-A waffle fries or 5 Guys amazing fries).
Food (4/5): we loved our burgers but the fries and the milkshakes were just average. I prefer the fries and milkshakes at both chick-fil-a and Five Guys.
Service (4/5): considering it was opening week, they were doing a great job checking in with us at our table to see if we needed anything. When we walked in, we were led to order from the Kiosk machines vs. the staff who takes the orders. I would have preferred they would have given us an option vs being told how to order.
Atmosphere was high average. It was clean but that would be expected for the opening week.

Place looks like newly opened. Cleaned and fancy. Kiosks makes it easier to order. Clean and smells good bathroom. Al fresco dining makes it a good place to dine as well. High chair available. Parking space is ample for full capacity. see images for further details

Came to pick up an order that was placed in the app and even though we were told in the app to come inside the door was locked. Myself and a few other people who were picking up orders were confused so a staff member came and rudely told us to go to the drive thru. That’s totally fine if the dining room is closed so we get in the drive thru line. When we got to the window though, everyone was so rude and practically throwing the food at us. Then we got the food and our order was messed up, they used the wrong cheese and added pickles where they shouldn’t be. Overall it could have been an okay experience if the staff wasn’t so rude.

Everything tasted delicious and came out super quick! Also thank you for putting on the U.S.A. Vs. Canada hockey game. CJ is very nice along with the rest of the staff. They accommodated our requests and asked if we enjoyed the food-and we sure did! This was my second time at a Shake Shack and my FIRST TIME at THIS location…will definitely be coming here more often.
