I haven’t ordered from Taco Bell for over six months due to the decline in service and quality of food. Decided to get Taco Bell today because they now have a mini version of one of my favorites “taco salad”. Had a big order and I did a quick check on pick-up and noticed one taco salad missing. The cook apologized and got me another one quickly. When I got home we discovered the 12-pack Cinnabons missing. Almost $8 down the drain. Looks like I won’t be going back for a long time. The food quality wasn’t a 5 like it used to be in the old days.

It was not a good a time for me and my husband. No one at the counter to take ur order . The drinks are flat , they need to change the co2 out on the bag in the box drinks and there was no cinnamon on my twists. No one said hello welcome or anything.

Disappointed on the service and food at my local tacobell on North side of crestview. I grew up here and have gotten food from them for years! The last few times I have ordered food from them, my taco shells have had a weird smell and taste to them. Kind of like a cardboard taste but worse. Not just the shells but some of there soft wraps too! Im also tired of not receiving all my items I’ve ordered. I’ve worked in fast food in the past and im sorry but its not that hard to have fresh food and make sure your giving people all there items! Also everytime we go through drive thru they have us pull around to the front and make us wait for our food so the timer they have doesnt go over because they take too long. Another thing is if I order a box combo l, I expect my items to be in a box! Do better!

The food was awful. They didn’t even cut the pizza and it was smashed. The tacos were greasy and wet. They forgot one of my steak burritos to my order and my order was $62. I didn’t want to even bother anymore. The service was terrible in the drive thru as well. Such a disappointment!

I ordere 3 taco supremes and nacho bell grande. Nachos were disgusting. They were cold beans scooped out of the can. No seasoning cold, horrible. The manager needs to learn to do his job properly and not take shortcuts

This Taco bell is absolutely horrible,,everytime I go here they never have anything,,always out of stuff..maybe time.for new management since the current one doesn’t know how to run theyre store..ordered a lux box, nope they weren’t available, so try ordering chili cheese burritos..nope did have it made. This at the lunch time.. order chalupa…and guess what nothing..Basically just pulled away shaking my head in disgust

Service with a terrible attitude. When you ask for anything and they tell you they are out of pretty much everything, it means they usually just don’t want to do their job. Seen places with employees like this before and have avoided places like this before. Additionally, ordered a taco 12 pack and asked for hot sauce. Got exactly one sauce. None of the taco supremes were supremes. These people are truly worthless.
