The food is almost never the issue but the workers never move with any urgency. I get fast food can be stressful and I work at a fast food place myself, but it honestly seems like they are making it a competition to see who can move the slowest. They don’t try to make it “fast food” at all. I ordered 2 regular sized meals and waited for 20 minutes because they just sat and talked for most of it. I was almost late to my class and initially ordered with plenty of time.

The food here is always good. It isn’t too expensive and the customer service that was provided when I visited was great as well. The food is cooked within a reasonable amount of time and as I stated before, it is always good. I would highly recommend this place if you like good food and you are on a budget.

Located in a food court with other options, they appeared quite idle. I ordered the Frisco n Fries which comes on sourdough bread and I added onions. This sandwich was amazing. Cashier was very nice and service was prompt. #261

Depends on what time of day that you visit this restaurant. If you go during lunch and dinner time do not expect clean environment. Waiting staff is a gamble you never know who is going to be taking orders. The lack of good staff is a major issue also the cooks is a major issue which is not good compared to other top notch Steak N Shakes. They need to work harder and be more customer friendly

The food was good and fresh, and the employees friendly, the service was fast but don’t like the fact that they charge $0.31 for each BBQ sauce and ranch but mayo and catchup is free..

They can’t touch the burgers on the Scottsville road they just taste like grease but the hot dogs are good but a little greasy and the shakes are good also. I don’t know what they do to make them burgers taste greasy but yuck.
