For just $5 more, you can add hot pot to your BBQ. The broth options, such as Tom Yum and Mushroom, are flavorful, and there are diverse sauce and topping bars, including oysters and snow crab legs. Desserts such as ice cream and small cake pieces are included in the price. The service was friendly and attentive, and we’re delighted to have discovered another excellent Korean BBQ & Hot Pot spot in Northern Virginia.

First off the staff is not only professional but they’re very kind with their customers and It feels sweet to be greeted positively all the time even when they don’t have to

Very fresh and well seasoned meat! The seafood and veggie options were great too. The baby octopuses were a big hit with my kid. They even have a sides bar with kimchi, fresh fruits, crab legs, ice cream and cake. The rice was also very high quality.
I visited your restaurant for lunch yesterday and was initially very enthusiastic about trying the various items on your menu. Unfortunately, my experience was severely impacted by a hygiene issue—there were multiple flies landing on my food throughout the meal. I found myself constantly swatting them away, but the problem persisted to the point that I had to abandon my meal and leave.
At the time, I chose not to raise the issue with the waitress, as I did not want to cause discomfort to other guests seated nearby. However, on my way out, I showed a video I had taken of the situation to the host. Her only response was to shake her head, without offering any explanation or assistance.
Upon returning home, I called the restaurant and spoke with Chris, who asked me to email the video, which I promptly did. I received no response from management, so I followed up with another phone call the next day. I was then asked to provide proof of purchase. After several attempts to resolve the issue and what I felt was unnecessary back-and-forth over two days, I was ultimately offered a complimentary milk tea and a $15 gift card for a future visit (for the record I paid over $42 for one person).
Given the unsanitary conditions I encountered and the lack of appropriate response from the management team, I find it unreasonable to expect any guest to return under such circumstances. A proper resolution, such as a full refund, would have been more appropriate. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that measures are taken to address the cleanliness of your establishment.
