First time visit to this location. Ordered in person. Was really busy. Good pizza but dough a little chewy. It could be we had a distance to go before we ate. Know it will be good in our air fryer. Really like their sauce and the garlic dipping sauce. Wish all the stores would add more garlic to the crust…Just my preference as I love garlic.

I’ve been going to the Picayune, MS location for over 15 years, and every visit has been great. This is a review almost 20 years in the making. My pizzas are always awesome at any time I go. It’s September 5, 2025 today and I went there last night at 9:30 and got awesome service and awesome pizza. Thank you guys for always being awesome!

The manager was a straight up a hole simply asked for an extra garlic sauce and marinara mumbled something under his breath I could tell he was being RUDE I think his name was Dakota I come here often and he always seems to have the biggest attitude makes the experience un enjoyable

I had to delete my other review just so I could do this one! We ordered Papa John’s pizza once again since it’s been a while. Well this time we got our pizza an hour after it was ordered! Opened the box and it looks like it was juggled or held on it’s side!! The manager is sending a new one out! Hopefully I get to eat before I have to go to bed!! This is un acceptable!! I will never put a tip on my debit card again because if my food looks like this they not getting a tip of this is what you get when you tip them! Came back to up grade their score. I guess changes were made and things have drastically improved.

**UPDATE** We order from here at the minimum of once a week and they have really picked up the pace so I will definitely give them their last star! Now when I receive my pizza it is so hot and melting with cheesy awesomeness! Thank you Papa John’s!

Had two large pizzas with two toppings both of them were supposed to be “extra sauce and hand tossed”. One pizza had no sauce at all and the other pizza barely had any. But both pizzas were not hand tossed. Both were thin crust. Don’t recommend until they get better pizza makers. 1-26-22

I sat in the lobby for twenty minutes for a pizza my wife ordered and paid online. Eventually the girl at the counter asked me what my name was again and gave me my pizza that had been done. The box was warm from the heating rack but the pizza wasn’t as warm. The pizza wasn’t even cut! Terrible experience.

I ordered the new papadia, dont waste your money unless you like eating nothing but bread. I asked the staff who is friendly if that is the way it is supposed to be because there is no meat on it. She offered to re make it and add more meat however if that is the way it is supposed to be then that’s fine. I will add a photo to show just how pitiful these things are.
