The food is everything that you would expect from Papa John’s. No better, no worse. So this prepared adequately and served in regulation time.
Service is fine. The men there make ordering simple and the ability to answer customer questions depends on if management is there or not.

My go to pizza spot for 10 years and counting. I’ve lived in the surrounding cities for 32 years and I’ve tried every pizza spot there is. This place wins me over every time. Hands down.
The food quality is light years better than any competitive pizza chain. No comparison at all.
The owner Joe is one of the nicest humans on earth, and the same goes for the manager Allen as well.
All my food is piping hot whether I pick it up, or it gets delivered. And best of all, it always looks so dang good.

I eat pizza from here once a week. Today was the Worst pizza I have had in a long time. Papa Johns is normally better about the quality of pizza they provide, but tonight’s order was terrible. This location lost a customer today. Plenty of better pizza chains in the area to give my money to. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location l

Friendly, fast service on every visit ( which Im finding is more frequent) Deliveries are always fast and the food piping hot. A staple of the Grosse Pointes for ten years and counting. Love the Garlic Sauce!

This is super ridiculous!!! Ordered lunch at this location to receive food that looks like this. I ordered a Doritos Papadia picture one burnt and not even filled with toppings. Called to get it remade to receive a papadia regular made even worse. I am very disappointed to hear that the general manager made this himself and served it to a customer. This my 3rd time ordering lunch for my staff at this location and never had an issue until today! Will not be returning. I even asked for my funds back and to give him the food back, which he has the nerve to tell me about a free credit. You couldn’t get it right two time what makes you think I’m going to trust you a third time. Ridiculous!

I ordered online for a delivery from the Mack location during my lunch period. The food arrived hot and quickly, however the order came the opposite of what I ordered. I called the store to inform and they will credit my account. Next time i will check order before . The pizza bowl is delicious and different.
