Denny’s in Riverdale, Utah became my 3 AM savior last night.
It was one of those “I’m starving but also slightly feral” moments, so I ordered takeout like a midnight cowboy chasing pancakes instead of cattle.
By the time I got back to the hotel at 4 AM, my wife was deep in dreamland, so the “surprise breakfast in bed” turned into me whispering, “Babe… wake up… bacon.”
She didn’t stir, but my son popped up like a toast in a toaster and absolutely devoured the Grand Slam.
It felt weirdly wholesome, like a late night Denny’s commercial starring sleep deprived parents and a kid with syrup all over his face.
Honestly 10/10, would surprise nobody but my son again.

I apparently went with the beige menu, and it was delicious. The French toast was just as pretty as it was on the menu and it tasted so damn good. It was a perfect start to my Sunday: good food with great friends. Much needed in these stressful times.

This Denny’s was a very good experience! Great location, good food. Will definitely be coming back again. Our server Tasia was very nice and patient. She gave us great service; even gave us both a rose for Mother’s Day! Definitely recommend for others.

Door dashers come in priority before actual seated customers.
So, I came to the riverdale location with my family for an unexpected and unplanned visit because our Christmas dinner at home didn’t work out as planned. There was 12 of us and the wait was supposed to be about 45 minutes, by the time we got to our table it had been an hour. Okay, no big deal, it’s Christmas and we understand they are swamped. Well we waited at our table and watched as about 30-40 door dashers stood by the kitchen, getting their orders. I’m sure that’s not even an exaggeration either.
Our waitress informed us that they hadn’t even put our order in because we had to wait till the door dash orders cleared. After being there over 2.5 hours ( NO JOKE) we decided to leave because the manager felt they were more important than we were apparently.
Nothing else was open so we all went home with empty bellies.. and not even a good Christmas dinner to remember at all this year.
I am 45 years old and this was my 1st Christmas with my family. I wish we all could’ve had dinner together. Disappointed in Dennys.

OMG, y’all! I’m obsessed with the Denny’s in Riverdale, Utah! Located right off I-15, it’s the perfect spot for a quick breakfast or late-night grub .
First off, the staff are super friendly . They’re always smiling and ready to refill your coffee cup . The atmosphere is clean and comfy, too – plenty of booths and a big dining area that’s kid-friendly .
Now, onto the FOOD ! Their menu’s got something for everyone. I go for the Grand Slam every time – it’s a classic! Bacon, eggs, pancakes, and hash browns… yes, please! The portions are huge, and everything’s made to order, so it’s always fresh and hot .
Their burgers are too! Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. I had the bacon cheeseburger once, and it was life-changing !!
One thing that’s awesome is their 24/7 service ⏰. Craving pancakes at 2 AM? Denny’s got you! And the prices are super reasonable, too – you can get a killer meal for under $15 .
All in all, the Denny’s in Riverdale is a total gem . Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by and try ’em out! 5 stars isn’t enough – I’d give ’em 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Where to start?!? First time at this location in years.. I was promptly greeted by Daniel. He was super friendly and very easy going and fun to talk to! He sat me down at my table and ended up being my server. The double berry French toast slam was picture perfect! He decorated it like a pro! Daniel’s professionalism was top notch! I’ve never had a waiter like him! Definitely a 10 out of 10.

We came in around 10:30 PM and were seated quickly, but that was the only positive part of our experience. It took about 15 minutes just for our server to take our drink order, and after that, she barely paid attention to our table. Our drinks werent checked or refilled, while she constantly checked on her other tables.
My boyfriend ordered the country fried steak and was told it didn’t come with gravy, yet the table behind us who ordered after us received gravy and noticeably better service. The difference in how we were treated was obvious and disappointing. He didn’t want to eat it without the gravy instead of fixing the mistake it was swiftly take off the bill and the plate of food was taken away. We had to figure something out for him to eat later.
We came in with a good attitude and left feeling ignored and frustrated. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and it makes me think twice about coming back. I don’t recommend Karma the waitress.

We are not particularly a fan of fastfood as Dutchies but 8 years ago we discovered the skillets at Denny’s and boy that tastes good. Fresh veggies stir fried, chicken en baked potatoes. So this year we wanted to have another go at it and we absolutely enjoyed our dish. Already when the dishes were brought to our table it smelled delicious and it was delicious. Do do you want to eat some real food: try a skillet. It’s a life changer.

The place was relatively empty yet there was a 15 minute wait. The hash browns were greasy and raw. The pancakes were over cooked and would not soak up any syrup. The omelet was just ham and cheese although I ordered the mile high Denver omelet. I used to take my family to Dennys every Sunday 20 years ago. I forgot why I quit going and just wanted a taste of nostalgia. I remembered the food being a lot better, portions a little more generous, and prices that were more economical. I definitely will not return to Dennys, they have abused my family and myself for the last time. I refused to leave a tip on a $289.00 check.

Kyleaa was amazing! She greeted us with a smile, kept checking in without being overbearing, and made my visit genuinely fun. Honestly, she even made the food taste a little better just by how great her service was. I’ve been to many restaurants across the country, and she is by far the best server I’ve ever had. Whenever I come to Denny’s, I make sure to request her — Denny’s should truly appreciate her hard work!
