It was terrible! Service was horrible. It was Wednesday, 30th of July, one couple in store eating. A young girl and older guy were in entrance having some sort of private issue, moment, something. It was sketchy. Young guy waited on us, no ID to say he even worked there. Asked for ice tea and lemonade, said only had soda and water. Checked on specials, said there went any. I mentioned the BOGO wings, said only for carry out. We ordered wings, bread, pasta, and pizza. Wings came out and bread. Then pizza. Then half an hour later they remembered pasta, waited another 20-30 minutes for burned pasta. It was for a 6 yr old who hadn’t eaten anything else. We should have just left but she had wanted Alfredo pasta all day. No offer of taking off pasta from bill, no discount, was expensive for quality of food. Shame on y’all.

Stopped in at 5:30 on a friday evening. Had high expectations because it did not look very busy. Waited to be seated for less then 5 min. Thats when it went bad. Guy comes from the back and asked if its carry out, we said Dine in. He looks at us and says we are not open for customers. The people in the dinning room are just looking at menu’s to place a to-go orders.
We don’t have waitresses scheduled for tonight.
What kind of management is running this place into the ground. If your to slow to even have waitresses on a Friday night in July, there is no hope left. Especially when there were 15 different people in the dining room at that moment that drove there planning to dine in.
Pizza hut needs to find a real manager, of course in a small town the damage from bad management may be beyond repair.
If you want a great pizza with friendly service and a table to sit at in Wheatland WY try the Brooklyn brewery in Down town. That is where we ended up it was great. Glad pizza hut turned us away.

Very nice place. The staff was very welcoming.
The pizzas and the pasta we ordered were great, and there was enough to eat.
Not a lot of people when we arrived, although more people came in after. Nice atmosphere.

I ordered a medium supreme pizza regular crust to go and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, it actually took 30 plus minutes. That wasn’t necessarily a problem however I must say it may have been the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The crust was absolutely terrible and there wasn’t enough ingredients on the pizza to salvage a favorably taste. Also I was charged for crushed pepper and Parmesan cheese, granted it came in an over sized shaker container containing a lot more than the average person would eat on a pizza. The shaker and serving size are excessive and wasteful. Years ago I used to love Pizza Hut pizza and it has been sometime since I last had one. Sorry to say it will be a very long time if ever before I have another! Work on your crust, it’s terrible!

Called on a Monday night at 4:30 for delivery, was told delivery time would be 20-30 minutes, waited over an hour and a half, proceeded calling the restaurant multiple times and no answer

Very disorganized. Customers all milling around the front door. No one greated us for 20 minutes. Asked if we could eat in. Told us to go find a seat. Gentleman came and took our order. Did not write anything down. Not sure how the cook knows what to make. We got our salads. He never brought our drink(ice tea). Some poor gal was being yelled at by a customer came and checked on us. Told us she was sorry and was obviously shaken up by the encounter with the angry customer. She did bring us tea. She said she would check on our order. Order came out and my husbands was wrong but he just ate it. This place needs more people and more organization. Not a relaxing meal we were looking forward to after a long day of driving. Our food was good.

When ordering, was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Pulled up. Paid.
Was told it would be 5 more minutes.
I’ve now been sitting here for half an hour.
Now, I called them. No answer.
I’ll try again.
Called. Again.
She is so sorry. She thought someone else was bringing it out.
Now i remember why we never eat here.
