The Bruce Sonic used to be the best around and now it just feels dirty. The windows are dirty, the menu/order boards are dirty, the place isn’t well lit at night. It just looks and feels like no one cares or takes care of it.

Ordered marinara sauce with cheese sticks, Sonic worker read order back to me and left it off. So I again repeated please bring marinara. No marinara.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Breakfast toaster had runny eggs and looked like it had been stepped on. Handburger had hair in it. Forgot my fries and drink. Building looked disgusting. Garbage laying around everywhere, grease smeared on the windows and doors……looks glass has never been wiped off. Just all around not clean looking. Been going to Sonic for 30 years and never seen one this bad. Grossed me out so much that it ruined Sonic for me and I don’t crave it. It’ll be a while until I go to a Sonic again.

Guys I don’t know what has happened within the last year, BUT YOU HAVE GOT TO PULL IT TOGETHER. I used to love coming there and if there were any competing chains in town, you guys would feel it. The last 5 online orders I put in were not made the way I asked, I wait FOURTY FIVE MINUTES for one order a couple of weeks ago. I pushed the button 3x and they just said we are working on it…no explanation, as If it was supposed to take that long. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or an accountability issue, but if I didn’t live 3 miles away I would not come back to that location.

I work in Bruce atleast 15 days out of the month and this sonic by far is the worst place to stop and eat. Half the stalls doesn’t work employees park in most of them you wait 20 minutes to get food and the food comes out cold. I will not be back until something is done with this location it is dreadful. If you’re going through Bruce and thinking on sonic go about 15 minutes down the road to Calhoun city and use their sonic.

Food was cold, the burger was smooshed down and disgusting looking. They were out of nearly everything I actually wanted to order. The pretzel wasn’t Salted. He place was filthy and needs to be cleaned. Definitely won’t be returning to this place.

I hate that I have to give a star period. Me and my husband stopped in for lunch. The service and food was horrible. We waited forever just have our oder taken. My husband asked one of the servers if our stall was out of order but she never looked up and said I don’t know. When we finally got our food the tots were cold and full of grease. The same young lady that was rude was also our server. As we ate, I watched several different people go in and out. One man just dropped off food. I will not be back again.

Food is terrible. Burger is cold and fries taste like they’ve been cooked in year old used oil. Just a bad place to eat. Update gave this place another try and of course it’s worse the second time around. Order a burger and onion rings. I get the burger and it’s cold then I open up the onion rings and it’s onions laying in a bag of grease and batter. Wth is wrong with these people. I mean dang if you hate your job then quit don’t cook people’s food like that. Anyway they failed miserably for a second chance and I will never be back. This place is bad don’t go there
