This is ridiculous burnt pupusas and they were cold waited almost an hour for my order when there was only one family eating there and they had all the cooks making the food and still took forever cold and burnt food all bad and cashier wasting time with people talking about nonsense instead of taking care of the customers.

this place is horrible I just bought 12 pupusas and they are I couldn’t even eat them. waste of money they had no chicharron in it . Theres was only red sauce. and the sauce was like from a can just tomato no spices or flavors Im so disappointed . I don’t recommend anyone to eat there. Taste like one of those restaurants that keep old food in there fridge. Sorry .. but I feel disgusted

Ordered pupusas by phone to-go and they were excellent. Theu gave lots of curtido and salsa and packaged them in trays to keep them hot! Can’t wait to order again. Also excited that I just discovered their other location is closer to my neighborhood

The food here is really great and I love the pupusas though they do take quite some time to make. They come out perfect and flavorful. I say that as a person who is used to having pupusas homemade from a native Salvadoran. I have been here many times, never encountered rudeness from any of the wait staff, and have only found them to be helpful and kind. Since they changed their menu earlier this year, I have yet to order and try the crepes but plan to do so soon because I am very curious to know what crepes made in an El Salvadoran restaurant taste like. My only slight criticism about the place is that there aren’t more staff that speak English, which isn’t such a problem for me because I can get by speaking my very broken Spanish. However when my Irish-American husband stops by to order, things get misconstrued and my take out order has been funky.

Customer service was horrible. There were only 3 tables with customers. I sat down and no one came to me. I got up and asked the if I need to order at counter they handed me a menu and said they will take my order. I waited and waited..the waitress and waiter were really busy in gossip. I got up and interrupted their conversation and told them what I wanted. Food is good. But customer service is poor. 2 other customers had to get up to go to the counter to request items.

I wouldn’t even give a rating, but I have to to leave a comment. This is the 2nd time I try to enjoy their food since I’ve heard they’re really good. The last time I came to this place, before tonight, was 2 yrs ago. They gave the same BS excuse as they did then. They close at 8. There’s no hours of business on their establishment, and online they said they’re open till 10. I told them it’s not right, and they’re response was they don’t control what’s on line.

I came in at 8:30pm and they had all the tables put away. They claimed they wanted to close exactly at 10pm. They said they didn’t want to dirty any tables. Weird you have an hour and a half left open for business. The final thing they made me never return here and write the review was the fact that we asked for coffee and they said they had no coffee. When the next customer comes in they asked for coffee and the waiter said yes. If you don’t want to be rushed or lied to “late” night, avoid this place.
