Our signature broth is a pork-bone (tonkotsu) base, crafted from a complex blend of ingredients including imported Shoyu Tare, kombu seaweed from renowned regions, dried bonito, octopus cartilage, shiitake mushrooms, and more. The broth is simmered for over 18 hours, creating a silky, savory depth that highlights the natural richness of pork bone marrow. Key features: Signature tonkotsu broth cooked for 18+ hours from a blend totaling well over 150 pounds of pork bones Imported Shoyu Tare to elevate the broth with authentic Japanese flavors Premium ingredients: kombu, dried bonito, shellfish cartilage etc.

The broth was rich without being too salty, and the noodles had the perfect chew. I really loved the balance of toppings, especially the shrimp tempura and the tender pork with a touch of spicy chili oil. We finished up with yummy ice cream
The service was quick, and the atmosphere was fun with Japanese-style art, clean, and cozy. Prices are reasonable too. We will come back and Highly recommend! ✨
I stopped by this new ramen spot for their grand opening, and I was blown away. The customer service was incredible—everyone was so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel special from the moment I walked in. They even gave out free ice cream for the grand opening, which was such a nice surprise!
The food was just as impressive. The soft shell crab was perfectly cooked—crispy, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve had. The ramen was rich, savory, and full of depth, with broth and noodles that tasted like they were made with real care.
You can tell they put their heart into both the food and the service here. Definitely a new favorite spot—I’ll be coming back for sure!
OKA Ramen blew me away. The broth was rich and flavorful, noodles perfectly cooked, and the shrimp was fresh and delicious. The restaurant itself is beautiful—warm wood, Japanese décor, and a clean, cozy atmosphere. Service was friendly and quick, and you can tell they put care into every dish. Definitely my new favorite ramen place. Highly recommend!
The tonkotsu broth was very bland, tasted like the stuff you can get at Chinatown in a one gallon jug. Lacked any flavor other than pork fat flavor. The spicy broth did have a kick, but seemed to have some sort of Thai flavoring. In general both broths were pretty disappointing.
The soft shell crab app was not bad though.
I did order takeout and set my expectations accordingly, but this place is a 2-3 star ramen restaurant at best given the quality.
