Review sites for restaurants are interesting because the taste of food is subjective and, by their nature, review sites invite people to be a critic. Everyone knows that most people who have a good experience don’t bother to leave a good review. But if the food doesn’t taste the way THEY EXPECTED it to, they feel the need to tell someone or vent. These people who declare the food is “not good” are really saying “the food was not my taste”. We have hundreds of customers a month that come back on a regular basis, but you’ll notice we don’t get hundreds of positive reviews per month. We get reviews from people who “want justice” because the food did not taste the way THEY expected. BBQ is also subjective and has a fierce following.

I was expecting a great experience for this BBQ place but it was the worst BBQ I have ever eaten. Not only was this place out of most of the food but the drinks also. Not to mention that they had a drain problem and there was a huge puddle of water on the floor which was a definite hazard. The brisket was perfectly seasoned but was really dry. The hotlink had a taste like lard on it. The slice of bread was hard and uneatable. The only good tasting food was the smoked Mac n cheese, the baked beans and the cornbread. Very disappointed as the prices were pricey considering the small amount of food you get. Definitely would not recommend.

Under new management and you can defently tell! Me and wife split 4 meats 3 sides cornbread and drinks.. To test everything out the pulled pork was amazing,burt ends,and brisket were my favorite. Really well smoke and dry rub on there meats so no sauce was needed honestly! My wife loved the honey mustard bbq sauce something different and very tasty! I also loved the baked beans they said they made them fresh inhouse every morning, and you can tell wife loved the yams also. Staff is super freindy and very helpfull when it came time to pick are meats and sides… Will defently be back again!

We work in the call center around the corner and had been wanting to try it. This food was absolutely horrible. The food was cold, the chicken was old and it was dry. The hot link was not a hot link it was a hot dog and looked nothing like what they have on their site. I tried calling the owner who claim they smoked the fresh chicken this morning and was rude and did not offer any things to fix the problem. And the fact that we paid $60 for this crap is ridiculous. The owner responded to this review and took no accountability. Yes I hung up once the manager insisted that her smokes the chicken that morning. My complaint is not about door dash, we can warm food up. But as you can see in these pics, the chicken that was served is the issue. But like all other negative reviews that owner doesn’t take accountability either.

We had a great experience here! We heard there was new management, so we gave them a try! I’m sure glad we did! The meat was flavorful and tender. The sides were delicious, I LOVED the sweet southern yams and baked beans. And the staff were really nice.

After reading a few yelps reviews I figured I give this place a shot. I’ve had a few bbq places in Las Vegas I wasn’t a fan of so definitely a bit hesitant. I’m glad I gave them a chance. This place is bomb. Not too far from where I live so it’s super convenient for me. I don’t know if they’re at the top of my BBQ list but this place definitely rocks!
The menu is great, great options for sides, sandwiches and daily/Weekly specials. They smoke daily so the food quality is super delicious. Man, the corn bread is a bit on the sweeter side but freakin delicious. More like corn cake. Mac n cheese super cheesy and funky. Wasn’t a huge fan of the baked beans but hey that’s just my preference. Baby back ribs, pulled pork, and beef brisket all excellent choices.
Small dining area, perfect for a lunch stop. I can see they get a lot of take out orders. Clean kitchen, tables and floors. Restroom was clean, which is great. Shows the pride and dedication these people have.
Very friendly staff, nice and polite. Had a small conversation with one of the guys there. Gave me a little run down on the joint. Glad to have them apart of my community. Definitely worth checking out and a great place for some smoked pork. Thank you for your services and great food!

I had almost given up but I finally found a knockout BBQ spot in Henderson! I literally just went here twice this week to make sure it wasn’t a fluke… it’s not!
So the atmosphere is super clean, open view so you can see your food being prepared. Contemporary music keeps your energy high and the smell of smoke keeps your nostrils flaring.
The customer service was immaculate. I felt like I was getting a meal from a family members house. All the options were clearly presented and the workers had great suggestions!
The food was hot and fresh, tender and juicy like a dream. I love their corn and cheese! Tastes super fresh and is great in this heat. Also cuts down on the carbs you would get with a regular max and cheese so I have nothing but praise for that side dish!

GOOD BBQ!!!! The restaurant has a full kitchen with glass partitions. You can clearly see the grill, prep area, and hot bins. The dining area is very clean, some good music playing throughout!!! Staff is awesome!!!! Helpful, knowledgeable of menu items!!!!! Great service is a must for me!!!!! I had a 3 meat 3 sides option, brisket, st.louus ribs, pork belly, sides smoke Mac n Cheese, potato salad, and bacon colards, came with delicious cornbread and the sauce options are so tasty fyi. Brisket was thin slices, lean, and good flavor, I do prefer a little more moist!!!!! The St Louis ribs, very good and tasty, pork belly not too thick like I normally see, but texture was consistent with thick cut bacon. Potato salad Mac n Cheese and Bacon Colards were spiced up peppery, and then the bacon comes through very good. My wife had baby backs, pulled pork, sides baked beans, and cornbread. My daughter had maniac fries, and they agreed, loved their choices!!!!! It’s a really good BBQ spot with great selections. We will return. GOOD Luck FolkZ ✔️ it out

The food is purely my pallette not the business. The fries were seasoned absolutely perfect !! The pork belly was left with something to cut through all the richness. The beans were a tad under. So a 3.8 out of 5. I figure they’re new. They will get all the kinks out. You can tell it has legit potential !!!
