It’s located in the Barstow train station, along with a whole food court and vendors trying to sell merchandise. The food is delicious and kids love it here. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. There’s plenty of room to eat and have fun with your friends and families. There’s public parking located in the lot and there’s bathrooms available.

I just visited your store at Barstow Station. The young man was talking on the phone. A lady was making pretzels. I decided what I wanted and waited for him to get off the phone. He never said that he’d be with me in a moment or even looked at me. He was facing my way. He could have asked the lady to take my order. Another customer came up behind me. I gave up after waiting a few minutes. I stepped away to see if I wanted some other food. Nothing offered was anything I wanted. I turned around and he was waiting on the other customer.
As I walked away. I said, “Forget this.” As I walked by and he was waiting on the other customer, I said, “Oh, you can wait on her and not me?” He and the other customer were not white. I am white. Does your company have DEI policies that restrict your employees from waiting on white people?

Me and my wife were stopped at Barstow station while we were head over to LA at that moment,so we purchased Pepperoni Pretzels combo(comes with drink and sausage bread i don’t know that exact name) with just one of Jalapino Pretzel. So she charged $27 with cash and we realized that she didn’t give us jalapino Pretzel , so I felt some price was over charged and I asked to cashier that where is $7 came from. She said it is from jalapino cheese sauce , but we ordered for jalapino pretzel not a jalapino sauce and the price for sauce even wasn’t $7, so I asked her for refund , but she said there is no policy for refund, it was even her fault.
Please find out solution, I still remind this kind of scam situation at there. She even looked did it many times before as google reviews said.

Extremely disappointed in the product We wanted to love this location. But the pretzel bites were not fresh. They tastes dry and as if they had been sitting for HOURS. My husband asked for extra salt & butter and it seems as if the woman put no salt and butter on purpose. The Walmart location is much better. Can management please get back to me about this visit?

The girl at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Thankfully I tried one before I left because they served the cinnamon bites, ICE COLD and HARD AS A ROCK!!!! Then, when I asked for new ones, they acted like I did something wrong. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes and they didn’t even apologize for ANY of it!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
So……I returned today (10/29/2019) at 0845 because google showed that they were open. A girl that spoke no English was there, making pretzels but I had to get someone to translate….. only to find out that they didn’t open until 9. So I waited then was the first person to order. A Mexican family came in after I had order and ordered the same thing I did. Kimberly gave them their order first….. when I asked why, she just laughed. I’m thinking that the employees at this Wetzel’s are just RACIST!!!!!

Sorry but the customer service is bad. If they don’t like to deal with the public, they shouldn’t be working there. I placed my order and this girl named Grey got my order wrong. When I told her that my order was wrong she gave me this bad attitude. Instead of apologizing she gave me attitude. I told her that I was going to report her, she’s told me to go ahead that she didn’t care. Still with her attitude! Idon’t know

I bought a lemonade and it was spiked with alcohol. If I wanted a alcoholic beverage, I would of went to the liquor store!!! I have allergies and can NOT drink. Every person that comes into Barstow does not drink alcohol. And who do they think they are to do that?! Very unprofessional and irresponsible!!
