I tried to eat from them at the beryessa flea market and they never made my food! They had me waiting WASTING MY TIME for over a half hour before they finally said they had accidentally skipped my order.

Safe area, good food, nice people. There’s not much else to say. One time I came early for my baked potato and the card machine hadn’t been started yet so instead of making me wait they just gave me my potato for free and I’ve been coming back ever since :). Great work! Maybe bring some one who speaks a little Spanish If you have a more complicated order or questions

So many delicious options! Esquites, burritos, tacos, baked potatoes, aguas frescas, and roasted corn.
I recommend everything. It’s made with attention to detail, presentation, and flavor. I’ve had the baked potatoes, quesabirrias, tacos ,burritos, and esquites. They were all delicious! I would argue that Junior’s roasters has the best quesabirrias in Salinas.
The aguas frescas are refreshing–not your typical same flavors–strawberry agua de horchata, cucumber pineapple, etc.
Esquite toppings can include: hot cheetos, takis, etc. All I can say, come and try it out. You’ll come again.

I haven’t tried their other items, but the baked potatoes I’ve had are always absolutely delicious, and the corn is sweet just as I like it. The service is fast and friendly.
