Very unprofessional. When asked a simple question, they are very quick to snap. I came in nicely and politely asking for my refund for an order I had placed on February 8th. I spoke to the lady calmly and politely understanding how busy they were for super bowl weekend but she was very quick to catch an attitude and snap. I still have not received my refund, and she claims my money has been refunded, without showing any proof of refund. I was yelled at and received so much attitude it was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do better.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from.
Management is awful and it’s not the first time I’ve witnessed this type of behavior.
I decided to give them another chance this year for Superbowl ordered a large order for a party I was hosting the week before believing the website which made it seem ordering way in advance would ensure prompt pickup. I was so wrong store was packed and some employees including the manger were insulting customers and yelling at them. Such unprofessional I don’t understand how this location is still in business I waited hours and after asking a few times found out my order had been cancelled by the manger no explanation. I paid in advance and asked for my refund slip but was cursed at so I left. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card if someone for corporate can contact me regarding my refund that would be great. I understand it’s the Superbowl, but they should have been prepared your employees were screaming at customers telling them to go to Dominos next door. Well Dominos dud great I ordered from them no issues and everyone was friendly. I will never order from Wingstop again and all my guests who were regular customers will never order again.

I called to tell them that I wanted my wings well done because when I add that option when getting delivery they don’t follow it and my wings were soggy and nasty so I called to let them know over the phone so anyway the employee that answered was so rude and basically tried arguing with me about the cook time…I just got my delivery and they did not do what I asked for

Placed an order for over $100 of food at 5:44pm on 2/8/2026. Deliver time was estimated to be up to 90 mins which is fine considering it’s Super Bowl Sunday an of course they’re busy. I never received any notification from Wing Stop that they were having trouble fulfilling order or that there were any problems. The only communication I had was from a Door Dasher who called me to tell me he was at the store and they were telling him it was going to be at least 2 more hours. My order was never completed and I didn’t not receive any communication from Wing Stop. My credit card was charged an after calling the store manager today they told me it may be up to 2 weeks until they refund or reverse the charge.
I have been a loyal Wing Stop customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars with this business. This experience is unacceptable.

I went to pick up 24 wings around 11:30, choosing 3 different flavors. I arrived early, around 11:35, expecting to wait a few minutes, but the guy was already packing my order. Unfortunately, when I got home, the food was cold. The BBQ wings had hardly any sauce, the fries were nothing but salty crumbs, and the lime and pepper wings were overly soggy and greasy. The garlic Parmesan wings had no seasoning and were very dry. The entire meal looked like it had been sitting around for hours.
To make matters worse, my order was incomplete with missing items, and they threw my receipt away without even asking if I wanted it. I live just 5 minutes away, so I tried calling to report the issues, but no one answered, even though it was still within business hours. The staff was also unfriendly and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience overall.

5 stars for 5 reasons
1. Lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan are the best flavors! Yummy, savory and crispy! I ordered to go and when I got home it was still hot and crispy. Garlic Parmesan was kinda soft but 3 mins in air fryer does magic.
2. 20 wings for 30 dollars is kinda steep but I think it’s kinda worth it.
3. The service that was provided was awesome! She told me it would be ready in 15 mins and when I got there it was ready!
4. Best ranch hands down next to habit burger ranch!
5. The cashier/lady who took my order was nice, kind and provided awesome customer service.

I placed an order in the store. Had to wait for about 15minutes, ordered an Uber and went home. When I got home to distribute the food amongst my kids we noticed there were several wings missing and they forgot to give me my corn as well. I called and was told they would replace just the wings, but I would obviously have to go out my way for 5 wings. I went up there a few days later and placed a separate order and asked if they could add the wings to that order. We’ll long behold they shorted me again and that’s the last time they will ever get my business.

I ordered my food online today, and I was impressed that my order was complete within 10 minutes. Despite getting takeout, the restaurant looked clean from a cursory glance.
The cashier completing my order was friendly and polite and verified my order. I like that Wingstop keeps the online orders behind the counter to prevent theft, unlike Chipotle and similar places.
The biggest disappointment was the quality of the food. The fries were very soggy, had little to no salt, and were very sugary. The chicken sandwiches were razor thin and were mainly breading. The only positive was the soft bread and stellar ranch sauce.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE GO TO THE GOSHEN ROAD LOCATION IN MONTGOMERY VILLAGE FOR BETTER QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY.

Can I give them less than on star? This Wingstop was an absolute failure. After giving me the wrong takeout order, I had to call to straighten everything out when my family discovered we got someone else’s order. I was told to come back in 10 mins to get my correct order. When I came back the manager asked me where the food was that I took the first time and when I told him no one asked me to bring it back, he accused me of eating it. After we had a big blow up he asked if I wanted a refund. I said that would be perfect and was told it would be 7 to 10 days and he couldn’t give me something in writing regarding a refund. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back here.

They need a better system for the Super Bowl. I pre-ordered the wings the day before and I still had to wait 2.5 hours for wings. It was a disaster. They should have stopped taking orders when the demand was too high.
