Quick service although rather busy. Friendly, accommodating staff. Our group had several breakfast options–all were delicious.
Highly recommend starting with the cinnamon roll skillet. Good value. Favorite place for country breakfast with many options.
Only suggestion I would make–always struggle whether to get a breakfast with biscuits and gravy or something sweet like pancakes or french toast–Have a breakfast that includes 1 pancake or 1 french toast in addition to biscuits and gravy or have an add on for that. Also, all syrup should be heated.
Love shopping in the store. Usually great variety of cute decor and clothing–especially for kids.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Our food was absolutely terrible. A friend and I went to the Fairmont Cracker Barrel expecting a decent meal and we were seriously disappointed. Right away our table was loose and wobbly which made the place feel old and poorly taken care of. It took over 30 minutes just to get an appetizer and when it finally came out it was ice cold. Then we waited another 20 minutes for our meals and somehow those were ice cold too.The only good part of the whole visit was our server. She was friendly patient and clearly doing everything she could while the rest of the restaurant struggled. She kept checking on us and trying to make the wait easier. None of this felt like it was the servers’ fault.At one point I overheard another server telling a table that there was only one grill cook working and that they were new. That says everything you need to know about the management at this place. Running a busy restaurant with one new grill cook is not bad luck it’s bad leadership.The employees on the floor are clearly trying but they’re being set up to fail by people who either don’t care enough to run the place properly or don’t know how. I’ve been coming here for years and watching this location slowly fall apart is honestly sad. Cold food long waits and obvious understaffing are not accidents. That’s what happens when management cuts corners and doesn’t bother to run their restaurant properly. The workers are doing their best but the people in charge are dragging the whole place down. Until the management at this location actually starts doing their job I wouldn’t expect the experience here to improve.

Typical cracker barrel, with semi-antique themed decor and gift shop. Fare is corporate cracker barrel, good prep and presentation on par with others-fair priced American style comfort food. Bathrooms need some attention, could be cleaner, but tolerable.
Oct2024 update… Friday night, no wait, good service and food. New shepherds pie was quite good, although meat and veggies weren’t evenly distributed like Mom used to do. Men’s bathroom still smelly but tolerable. Cute associated country store that the wife and kids like to wander in. Recommended!
Dec2024 Rapid attention from server for lunch, but long wait (30 min) for the tepid but tasty food. Store still entertaining. When questioned regarding the delay, server stated there was a party overwhelming the cooking staff. I would have liked the warning earlier. I’ll go back, hoping today’s issues not a trend.

First time in 3-4 years. Breakfast was very good. Pancakes and French toast were really well done. Great tasting coffee! Lydia was really kind and patient, wonderful service. Will not hesitate to return sooner.

Haven’t been to C.B. since I can’t remember when but with a gifted card in wallet and C.B. on restaurants next exit sign we decided to stop for lunch. Was crowded parking lot but just 5-7 minute wait for table. Atmosphere was nice,not too noisy for lunch rush. Waitress was very cheerful in a quiet way,food came quickly. Fried chicken was good,call it 7 out of 10 but I’m picky. Wife really enjoyed her tenders. Would go again,sooner still with another gift card.

Cracker Barrel used to be one of my favorite home style restaurants. But this was one of the worst meals I have ever had. The meatloaf was tasteless and didn’t seem to be made of meat. The texture was very strange and it was covered in straight ketchup. The green beans appeared to be canned seconds all ends and very small pieces. No butter , no bacon. The mashed potatoes were a cold lump that looked and tasted as if they had been sitting on the plate for hours before they were served to me. What has happened to this once great restaurant? So sad.

Me and my fiancé was just there to eat and our server Destiny W was the absolute best person she was so sweet and done an amazing job getting us our food and everything it was definitely a great experience and we will definitely be back again real soon.! Atmosphere- 4 stars- very nice clean Cracker Barrel location. Love their shopping area.
Service- 4 stars- our waiter was nice and attentive. Made sure our order was correct and that our drinks were filled.
Food- 4 stars- went here for dinner and was in the mood for breakfast. Love that breakfast is available all day long. I had Grandma’s Sampler Pancake Breakfast however I opted for French toast instead of the pancakes. Eggs are made to your liking- for me scrambled with cheese also bacon, sausage and country ham. You get a breakfast side so I got hashbrowns with cheese. Everything was delicious. Especially liked the French toast. Located right off I-79 in Fairmont this is one Cracker Barrel you don’t want to pass.

I have been to this establishment a few times in the last 2 months. The staff has always gone above to make sure I felt comfortable. The restaurant is consistently clean and the Country Store is updated often. A great, nostalgic place to have a meal.

Our waiter was hands down the best waiter I’ve ever had. He was a tall man that gave out toy frogs to my kids. He was nothing short of amazing and perfect. He was friendly and helpful. He was quick and always refilled my drinks at the perfect time even though I needed a lot of refills. Food was delicious and fast.
