Was visiting from out of town and came here twice. This was the only nearby Starbucks. The person that took our order was John (with pink hair) and Jeremy made our drinks. I was a little concerned due to the reviews, but everyone was totally friendly and we all received great service. I would even say this is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to (and I’ve been to MANY and previously worked at Starbucks myself). They were out of a lot of things but that’s not their fault. Everything was made as ordered and it was an all around great experience. I feel bad there are some terrible reviews on here. Thanks guys! Thanks John and Jeremy! 🙂

Great place. It’s not the best location, but I haven’t had “bad” coffee. Kids in the afternoon are very friendly, sometimes quiet but friendly and sweet. It can get pretty busy sometimes, and wait time is a little longer, but they do what they can with the employees they have on hand. Overall no to bad.

We stopped by on our cross country trip and was hesitant due to the bad review and I felt I had to say something!!! Their coffee and refreshers were on the spot with the other Starbucks. It was perfectly made and coffee was rich and aromatic just like the Starbucks in Los Angeles and other large cities. Don’t let the bad review deter you. Come in confidence!

This place is usually a good place to go. Most of the baristas are really kind and helpful. I particularly enjoy interacting with Jeremy, Kevin, and Hailey.
However, Nick has some attitude issues or something. Every time I go in he is extremely rude, short, and overall just unpleasant. Today he was yelling at the other baristas and didn’t even mix my drink. I understand it was busy and stressful, but I don’t feel this is grounds to treat other baristas badly and not make drinks correctly. I’ve heard multiple others having issues with him as well, and the one inch layer of powder at the bottom of my drink was my last straw.

Service was crap. The cashier was rude and judgemental about my choices. I did not add to the negativity, I just got my drink and left. Besides that my drink was overly sweet and not mixed well. Will not be coming back.

I stopped by on my way out of town to grab something for breakfast, I’m guessing their truck didn’t come yet and they were out of most all the drinks that I normally order. I had no idea what to get, and the baristas were amazing with finding a drink that was similar to something that I liked. They even customized a different drink to be more similar to my liking. Excellent customer service, they definitely made my morning easier! Thank you!

Stood in line with 6 other people for 15 minutes while they waited for a manager in City Market to come complete an order void that took 5 seconds to finish. One female employee made jokes about how long the line was, but did nothing to fix the issue. Half of the menu board was covered with “Out of Stock” or “Out of Product” notes. There was also loaf or bread products on display, but none in stock without a notes to advise customers. This Starbucks apparently has customer service and product supply issues, judging from experience and other customer reviews. For the only Starbucks in the city, you would expect much better service, but I guess Corporate and Managers don’t really care. I recommend anyone wanting coffee, just go to McDonalds. Surely it is faster and you get better service. Do Not go here!
