I always LOVE seeing the ladies at New York Fries. They are the most fun and genuinely kind humans you could have working here. If I didn’t switch up my order so often, I know they would have it memorized. The food is always fantastic as well! And I honestly quite enjoy the paper cups that don’t require a straw and have zero plastic. Well done!

I went to the store yesterday. It was around the closing time . I order a regular classic poutine. The person in the counter told me yeah they can make my order and there was no problem. I was thankful about it.
But the fact that they gave me undercooked fries and there was something wrong with the gravy as well.
Had to throw it all out and it’s just such a wastage of food and money.
If you don’t have the food ready or you sold out just say so .

We went to the Station Mall just to try poutine for the first time at New York Fries. The lady that took our order was very friendly and helpful in helping us order. The fries were delicious. My husband and I shared a medium and it was plenty enough for the both of us. The food court was spacious and clean.

I absolutely love this place! I have jaw problems and have for many years and have problems eating a lot of fast food. The staff made me the best lunch ever an about a week ago! They cooked my delicious food to the prefect cooking so I can eat it. Thank you so much for the best food in Sault Ste Marie! My husband went there again today and they remembered us and again cooked the food perfectly so I can eat it and enjoy some fast food. Thank you a million time to New York Fries and staff.

Like most guests, we didn’t read the menu well. We ordered something that could be made into a combo and our server stopped the order to combo it up and save us some money. She was friendly and demonstrated to the younger servers how to not just do their job but do it well. They rose to the occasion and followed her lead.
