If I could give 0 stars I would. I order the food at 6:05pm on a Thursday evening. ETA given was 6:38pm . Cool no problem. Delivery driver calls at 7:10pm asking to get in the gate. Come to find out he was at the completely wrong neighborhood. I was finally able to get the driver to the correct neighborhood 10mins later. So now we are an hour and fifteen minutes for delivery!!! Pizza was obviously cold! Even if the pizza was hot it was horrible. Absolutely no sauce on the pizzas. Can’t even tell they had cheese on it…. Not even eatable. I tried to call the store. Communication was close to impossible. The only thing I was offered was a $10.00 credit on my next order. I would have to call the store and tell them about the credit next time. No notation in my account. No follow up email. SO IF YOU WANT A$10 DISCOUNT, JUST CALL THIS STORE AND SAY YOUR LAST ORDER WAS BAD AND YOU WILL GET $10 OFF!!!!! Needless to say I will NEVER ORDER anything here again.

They fired up the ovens & made me another EXCELLENT pizza.
They are good people, hard working & they give the best service, along with making the BEST Pizza’s around!! I’m thankful they are in our area of town, it was a long day at work & I was hoping to get here before they closed. After mopping they made me a pizza anyway. They’ll always have my business!!

I usually order from here and everything is always great but today I ordered the cheezy bread and found hair baked into my sticks. Not on it but literally inside the crust. Absolutely disgusting! I am completely turned off of this place now. Just a tip.. wear hair nets.

We are staying at a hotel here in Atlanta, and wanted to order pizza in. Let me tell you, this pizza from Marco’s was PHENOMENAL! We were quoted 35 minutes for arrival from the time of ordering, which is pretty standard, but the pizza and wings arrived, hot and delicious, in only 18 minutes! Not to mention the man on the phone who took our order was really pleasant and entertaining to talk with. We will definitely order from here again!

The pizza is always fresh and hot, and this is one of the few places that has our favorite topping (green olives). We frequently order pickup from here, and the manager always greets me by name. Always fast and friendly. A neighborhood place.

We are normally HUGE fans of Marco’s Pizza but both pizzas we ordered from this location last night were absolutely TERRIBLE. The pizzas looked and tasted like they were made by someone who had never had pizza! So bizarre there was almost no sauce at all—so DRY!— and so few toppings—some slices had no pepperoni at all, and the crust was so thin it seemed like a mistake. However since both pizzas were equally awfully made it certainly wasn’t a one-off mistake. Sadly most of the pizza ended up in the garbage because it was so dry and bland. Will never return here.

I was carrying a child in the store and staff offered to walk my order out which is rare. Ordered multiple items and all were freshly made, hot, complete and correct including different sauces and side cups. Drinks from cooler are kept very cold. This is the closest pizza place to me but luckily its also the best!

Great pizza!! The customer service was just okay. The male cashier could use some customer service etiquette, like the basics of greeting and smiling. Other than that, the pizza was ready in a timely manner and it was delicious!
