Placed an order on line. Clearly stating traditional wings in the order for 2 hut boxes. Ya definitely didn’t get traditional wings.
Got an order of bread sticks. They were burnt. Smelt a burnt food smell all the way home to figure out it was the bread sticks.
When I arrived there were 4 ppl standing around and one guy working. After waiting about a min due to the gentleman being busy unloaded the overloaded oven. He came over and helped me. Started he would get my order and be right back. Great service there on his part. Negative brought me 4 small boxes and a bag of bread sticks, (which is how my order should of come) but I was not offered a bag or anything to assist in the carrying of my order. Rather disappointed in the overall service, quality, and items I received. Definitely will not be going back to this restaurant. Wish I would of looked at the reviews first. The negative reviews would of saved me a trip and half a meal I could of got somewhere else and gotten my full meals and not burnt

It’s a small pizza hut. It’s been my favorite pizza place since I was a kid, and that remains true today. The staff can be a bit rude, but I don’t need nice people. I need good pizza.
That is what’s great about pizza hut – they never change. The pizza I got yesterday is the same as the pizza I got when I was eight. They are always consistent, and that certainly includes the pizza hut in Rhinelander. I got exactly what I expected, and I appreciate them so much. Thank you, folks.

This location (and I’m sure it’s the same at others) will knowingly take a delivery order even when they don’t have a driver on staff, then they kick it over to door dash. My last order just sat around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to pick it up. Not hot. Not fresh. Just a disappointing fleece job.

Really off putting sweet smell when entering. Tables weren’t wiped down properly. Staff were all wearing jeans and sweat shirts as if they were part time mechanics. No professional appearances all around. Forks and knives had a layer of grease caked on. It felt like the cutlery needed a good scrub with an SOS pad. Staff were decent as most folk and delivered our pizzas to the table but again they weren’t properly dressed. Wasn’t a nice atmosphere BUT the pizzas were delicious. This is not a good dine-in place.

But I actually like the pizza it has a thicker crust I love the stuffed crust
They’re very liberal on their t

The cheese is always good and I find that they’re mostly perfectly cooked

Check out guy was very friendly and read on top of everything
He had a nice personality and I can see the place is really busy but he certainly was hustling and bustling
It doesn’t look like it’s much of a dine-in place anymore

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME. CORPORATE NEEDS TO TAKE A LOOK AT RHINELANDERS PIZZA HUT BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THIS IS SUPPPSED TO BE A WELL DONE PAN PIZZA. ORDERS BEFORE THIS AND I HAVE CALLED WITH NO JUSTICE. COME ON GUYS WE SHOULDNT HAVE TO TRAVEL TO OTHER CITIES AND EXCPECT TO GET THE ACTUAL PIZZA HUT FOOD WR KNOW AND LOVE RIGHT? Worst pizza ever. We were there well before the 20 minute prep time given and our order was ready to go? The pizza was obviously cold, sausage freezer burnt, what should have been canadian bacon was anything but. No doubt it was a pizza prepared before we ordered that was maybe someone else’s who didn’t show up to get it. Dried out, cold
