Currently under construction so parking lot is a challenge. Upon entering none of the staff looked up or came to take order…all were seemingly busy with online orders… however, the cashier who did take order was sweet, thoughtful & helpful. The staff filling orders had 0-customer skills, but hopefully as a new establishment, it’ll come. Beautiful new store with nice furniture. Can’t wait to see it fully complete after construction

Took 20 minutes after ordering to get my coffeewith 1 person in front of me and no one in the drivethroug. only to open it up and it not even a full cup, I didn’t get whip and it 2 inches from the top.

I ordered my partner and I Shaken espressos and they tasted burnt and almost like the espresso machine was dirty. My normal go to is the Brown Sugar Oat milk shaken espresso and every other Starbucks I get it from it is perfect. It was a bit busy today, but I’d rather wait a little longer for something to be made to taste right than to pay for a drink that I was hardly able to drink.

This is a new Starbucks in our area had been going there on and off for over a month today is the first time they upped my drink 80 cents with no notice so beware that they sneak money in on your drinks!! Or your order also I paid cash and he would not give me a receipt I should have talked to the manager but I did not just beware Starbucks fans like everything else it just hasn’t doubled in price it’s quadruple especially with Kalahari Resort right next door

I was just in drive thru . Waiting 10 mins at the speaker . Even asked was the speaker working nobody answered . So I pulled around. And the blonde girl at the window said I gotta order at the speaker. I said I was just stirring there for tens mins. Didn’t say sorry or nothing just said gotta go back to speaker. They were all standing inside talking . No customers inside either. Thats not a way to start a new business in the area

She was super friendly, very professional, and had excellent customer service skills. Thornburg will definitely be my new go-to location.

Not very sensible to get into. Employee at drive thru was not very helpful. He kept telling me it was matcha when I specifically wanted mocha. Kept correcting me when I knew what I wanted and what I meant. Called to talk to a manager and the same employee answered and tried to tell me that was what I ordered when it was not what I wanted my husband to try for the first time at Starbucks! Very unpleasant experience for him and i both! Needless to say we will never go to this location again! I know what I read and what i said and wanted…what happened to the customer is always right?!? Wow!!!
