Top Tier! Atmosphere is very chill, you can actually have conversations and enjoy the music. Customer service is top notch, not rushed and they want to ensure your enjoying yourself. Food is bursting with flavor in every bite. Definitely recommend.

All the negative reviews made me nervous, so I went down the street to hit Red Rose. That place was packed to the hilt. So I decided to give Ciro’s a shot. Walked two blocks down the road and walked in. Place was basically empty on a Wednesday night, so I parked myself at the bar. Omg… the friendliest and most Italian staff as you can get. Come on! Amazing. Got a glass of Vino, and ordered the Rollitini. Whoa, delish. Then I got my main order… the Gnocci. They literally make it on premises. OK I get it… most people want there food quick in ‘merica. But fresh, made to order takes time. And they nailed it. If you want a nice meal…in a cute Italian place, locally owned, and delicious, friendly people, attentive, clean, quaint, try it. Prego… oh and if you are in a rush to stuff your face, call ahead. Tami and Anastasia are cuties.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I visited with my wife, and everything exceeded expectations — the food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire evening seamless and enjoyable. The atmosphere was perfect for both great conversation and great dining. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommended!

To start, the crostini they bring out is crazy good

Polpette de la casa- amazing crisp, delicious flavor, and killer sauce
Entrees:
Linguini with clams and white wine sauce- Awesome! (according to my son) and what I tried of the sauce was delicious
Salmon filet over seafood risotto (daily special)- salmon was cooked to PERFECTION and the risotto was cooked just right with awesome seafood flavor
Dessert:
Only the best cannoli EVER. At first I said they rivaled Mike’s and Modern’s but upgraded them to my favorite
We had a chance to chat with our server and the chef (whom I’m assuming is the owner). Everything was amazing. The food was delicious and was more authentic than any Italian food I’ve had in a long time. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant and would most definitely return.

Worst dining experience ever from the waitress to the meal and manager. We went on a Friday night , party of 4 with an 8 pm reservation. Arrived just before 8 to a neatly empty restaurant. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks… 3 of our 4 meals arrived 1 hour and 5 minutes after we gave the waitress our order. My husband’s meal never arrived. We had all ordered easy pasta dishes. My ravioli was not cooked, and i like my pasta al dente. The waitress didn’t know who got what. The manager kept stopping by. He could see we were not happy. And the end he gave my husband his card and told us yo com back and he would comp our meal. . How about tonight meal.

For 2 pasta meals we waited 90 minutes.
It did say the food was cooked fresh and to expect 25 minutes.
Constantly had to ask for more water.
While we waited for the food, we needed to order more drinks just to pass time.
They don’t accept credit cards, it’s cash only. They do have an ATM I am dreading to see what sort of exchange rate and processing fee the ATM has…
Mandatory 20% gratuity added, but the service was anything but worthy of it.
I was too angry to get into a heated discussion over the service charge.
It may be authentic italian, but definitely not a restaurant I will be rushing back to, hugely disappointing overall.
Only saving grace, the food was hot and edible, albeit very salty.

The chicken Parm was out of this world. Freshly prepared and made. Not fried. Atmosphere was great and so was the wait staff. Food was FRESH and you could tell it was prepared by a professional chef.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. We decided to try this place out for our anniversary dinner. We usually do Cals, Red Rose or 350 grill. We were the only people in the restaurant besides a few people.in the bar area. Took a long time for the waitress to get our drinks and never came back to ask if we needed another. My husband had to actually go up to the bar. I ordered the chicken piccata for my entrée and the chicken. Was black and unedible. I assumed it was subbed out for veal but when I told the cook he just said that’s the way the chicken looks. I then told the owner and he just dismissed me and went on a 20 minute talk about how chicken is over prices now due to inflation. The pasta that came with it was way over salted. My husband got manicotti with broccoli. It was stuffed with mystery meat and absolutely no chesse. While it looked delicious upon arrival none of it was edible and there was no offer to make this right. We ordered canollis which were wonderful. They didn’t even offer to comp those after the ordeal. I really wanted to like this place. I love supporting small businesses.

Loved the eggplant app and all of the pastas. The mussels and clams here in white sauce are divine among other things. This place is family friendly and also romantic, perfect also for a solo date. Awesome place to eat, enjoy and share with loved ones! Can’t wait to get backkkkkkkkk!!!!!! Must eat here if you’re in the area
