I’ve never eaten here before and was surprised when my wife suggested it because it’s attached to a gas station and that’s not usually her style. She and I both were really happy about the subs we just ate for dinner! The bread was toasted and the quality of the entire thing was so much better than you’d get at a chain sub place…even Jersey Mike’s across the street. I met the owner while checking out and she was very friendly and so was the staff making the food and making sure I was being helped. I will definitely be coming back and want to try other things on the menu lile the pizza and canzone. Still, the Italian sub was so good, it might be hard not to go back to it.

We got the deep dish and it was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Their sauce is sweet and delicious. The bread you can tell is handmade and fresh. They also got us dinner during the ice storm! Highly recommend!

This is my favorite pizza place in all of Greenville, and it is absolutely amazing how consistent their food is every time! The only complaint I have is with how hard it is to use the App and their online ordering since I need it to be delivered. Multiple times the App has failed to load and kicked me back and forth between the browser and the app in a very infuriating way. Also, I cant seem to access my rewards which I hope is just a bug. Other than that however, I have always gotten my food fast and hot and it will continue to be my go to place for Pizza!

I heard others mention this place on a local social media pizza group so I placed an order since I was going to be driving by. I thought it was a pretty good pizza. I will go back.

This is the second bad experience I’ve had with this place recently. I let the first one go as a one of, but similar issue. First I called bc I was driving. I asked if they had garlic bread or garlic knots. The young lady replied garlic bread, so I ordered that and a pizza. Once I arrive, I saw their menu and the do have garlic knots as well as cheese bread. Kind of annoying. So I figured I would order some and wait. However, I stood there at the counter, and nobody some much as acknowledged my existence. So I moved over to be directly in their line of sight. Saw three people, and not one said a word. Finally someone started walking my way and then turned to to go in the coolers, again nothing! Like am I invisible? It’s clear that the people that work here just don’t care and are doing the absolute minimum. Either ownership or management don’t know or don’t care. The pizza is fine, but the service sucks.

Ordered takeout tonight. Pizza was ready on time, but wings were still cooking for another 10ish minutes (which was fine, we ordered extra crispy). Unfortunately, the wings were very soft, and slimy, like a typical fast food pizza wing.
Asked for blue cheese, but got ranch. We did not finish the wings.
I also got the potato pizza, but it was missing the ranch almonds that it is listed to come with.

We hadn’t eaten here before, and overall it was a disappointing experience. Pizza did taste good, but with 2 out of our 3 menu items being incorrect (and then getting the wrong dressing choice for wings), we would have rather just gotten something else.

I WAS SO VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT Romeo’s had DISCONTINUED ONE OF OUR FAVORITE PIZZAS . PHILLY CHEESESTEAK PIZZA WAS ONE OF THE BEST . I live 40 miles away and I ordered Ham and Pineapple Pizza on original crust and I must say IT WAS THE VERY BEST ONE I HAD EVER EATEN ANYWHERE We Also Love the BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA , IT’S SO GOOD ! And Now if I want a pizza of any kind I drive there and usually pick up at least 2 different kinds. No other even comes close to being as good. Thanks for Romeo’s excellent service and quality and Thanks Again !

Three stars for atmosphere because I have only ordered delivery but giving the benefit of doubt here. From the subs to the pizza, Romeo’s is an amazingly delicious establishment that rivals many pizza joints from my hometown in North Jersey, even some NY pizza’s. There is something about the sweeter sauce that just goes well with the savory cheese. Let me tell you about the Godfather Sub though!!! The flavors are robust and put together within a fresh roll that bite so well it’s making me salivate even now (just ordered so waiting lol). If I were to die tomorrow, I would stuff myself with nothing but the Godfather Sub all day…. and sushi… but they don’t serve fish, silly goose… It’s a pizza joint c’mon. Love this pizzeria and I have tried them all in the area. Romeo’s of Simpsonville team: keep doing what you’re doing and don’t stop. Love it and always happily satisfied!

I put in my order by phone. I guess it was the “manager” who took my order. He said will be ready in 20 minutes. Went to pick up 25 minutes later, ask to pick up my order, he said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Long story short, after 45 minutes, I’m still waiting. He tells me they gave my order to someone else. It would be another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes and after me saying I’m about to leave, and after this “manager” not even trying to apologize, I bring home a cold, terrible pizza. Get a real manager, please. We have enjoyed Romeo’s pizza, but this guy is ruining your business. At the least, he needs a lot of training.

Was going to give Romeo’s a 4 or 5 star rating until I had this latest pizza from them. I would still definitely recommend their butcher shop pizza (and my and my husband’s personal favorite: salami and pineapple) and the stuffed crust! The pepperoni is very greasy, but what lowered their rating for my review was their Italiano deep dish. It’s advertised as “topped” Chicago-style, but is actually Detroit-style deep dish with the inch-thick, undercooked dough on the bottom and a thin layer of cheese (so thin that my husband asked if there was any). A true Chicago-style pizza is built like a pie and full of toppings and cheese. I was very sad with this pizza because I was excited to finally find Chicago-style outside of Illinois and Florida. Attached is a photo from our pizza today (I had to pull up a salami slice that fell down on the pizza when we took out slices) and a picture from Giordano’s showing what true Chicago-style pizza is supposed to be.
