After being told 2 different times in one month, the Paducah Lone Oak Little Caesars pizza store was out of stuffed crust pizza dough, I went to Murray’s little Caesar’s! What a difference a few miles makes! First and foremost they have the stuffed crust pizza!!!! Secondly, I couldn’t get over how friendly & kind the staff is here! Since I placed my order 10 minutes ago, I can clearly see why this store has the amount of customers steadily coming in and out! I can’t wait to eat this stuffed crust pizza!

When I walked to the store there was a person outside talking in a language I could not understand. When I was inside, there was one people there. In the past there would be 2-3 people working. The person outside came in and got me the only “Hot and Ready” pizza. I was told it was a pepperoni and cheese (?), all pepperoni pizzas have cheese! While he was finishing the transaction, he was talking on his phone talking in a foreign language to someone. It seemed like all he wanted from me was my money. I know this place doesn’t have great pizzas, but it was the worst pizza I have ever gotten there!

Refuse to sell an elderly lady a lunch combo at 11:30. No English or Spanish spoken, I tried to order it for her also and he told me no we don’t honor that combo online ordering only. Under “new management” “order online only” he says. Also I called customer service and with their policy they can refuse to honor the price and change any advertised price. Even if it’s on the menu….. That’s crazy, call and ask if you doubt that. So be careful of the price you pay here. Food was fine, but not honoring posted price in store is crazy.

The Mayfield, Ky location really cares about their brand, you can tell.
I get pizza for the family from here at least twice a month, it’s the kids’ favorite.
Best part is, I have never one time called my order in, and I can probably count or recall each time I’ve had to wait more than 5 minutes for a pie.
