I ordered 16 wings today and asked for them to be well done when I received them. They were so sauced once you shook them the way you’re supposed to it turned into nothing but liquid. The meat wasn’t even cooked as the manager tried to tell me three times through the oven when you can clearly see Because they were only ran once . The guest service and training of hospitality on this shift supervisor is Unsatisfactory.
You need to retrain your shift supervisor on Sundays this is the quality of food that they say is Papa John’s .when you’ve already had stomach issues and you asked for your wings to be cooked well done and then you called back and she said oh what do you want them burnt no I just want them cooked to the right temperature This is the disgustingness that Papa John’s Willis says it’s their standard.
Apparently, this location cannot hire enough drivers and they run everything through DoorDash. They like to blame the franchise owner or corporate but then when you call corporate, they blame the franchise so once again, I’m out some money, but I will never never order from this Papa John’s again.!!!!

We ordered delivery and the wings were a solid disappointment with absolutely no sauce on the boneless and a buttery watery puddle in the garlic Parmesan even though we ordered hot honey and bbq. The pizza was bland and chewy. Never ordering again

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I must say that this was the most poor experience in ordering from Papa John’s I’ve had! I normally order from the one on 336, I’ve ordered several times from there with exceptional experience and quality. However, after learning about this location, I thought it was nice to have another Papa John’s nearby to order from…. Not only did my delivery order take almost 2 hours for just 1 pizza and 6 wings, the food arrived cold. The cheese on the pizza looked hardened, like the way pizza looks from the previous day. My husband and I were so hungry especially waiting so long for our food just to be delivered some cold food and we even tipped the driver good because we were happy it finally arrived.
Never ordering from here again. Do better Willis!!

Today I ordered another pizza from this Willis location. Royce made it for me along with the new ‘trainee’. The interaction with both Royce and the other gentleman was very pleasant! I’m older and do not expect to be too interesting to the younger folks, but these guys made me feel cool!!! The pizza was delicious and well deserving of a five-star review.

Ordered my pizza for delivery, after 30 minutes passed when it was supposed to be delivered I got a notification that grubhub would be delivering my pizza instead. When i called and explained my frustration about how long it had been I told the manager that I would just pick it up instead. She said “okay we just pulled it out of the oven.” It took me 3 minutes to drive up and get my order, I checked the pizza and you could tell it was at least an hour + old. I asked for it to be remade, they agreed. So i waited another 25 minutes for them to make it fresh again. Almost 2 hr wait for a $50 order, they need to do better.

We ordered two pizzas and garlic knots and they delivered only one pizzas. When i called they acted like it was no big deal and they would send a pizza ro the house. After receiving the pizza everyone ate except for mw because it was mine. The pizza arrived cold like it had sat on the counter or outside. I didn’t end up eating dinner last night. Spent $30 om crap. They should not charge when they make mistakes like that.

We ordered 10 pizzas to be delivered at 145 PM. But we were unaware that the system doesn’t take note of the time you want the pizzas delivered so the pizzas were made and delivered at the time we ordered them, two hours earlier than we needed.
We called the store- and the manager worked with us to get fresh pizzas at the right time. It was a large order and the manager was very helpful in helping us get the order right. Thank you so much.

I’m sorry I’m not trying to be rude but the orderly lady should NOT be working that front counter. She doesn’t speak loud and CANT HEAR it’s just chaos trying to get an order in EVERYTIME we go in and ordering on top of it already being loud with all the machines/ovens going.
