I applaud the female employee for wearing gloves while making pizza on Godfathers side but also was shoving food in her mouth with those same gloves and then preparing costumers food with them same gloves. DISGUSTING!! Everything on Arby’s side and Godfather’s side was filthy and sticky. It was not busy whatsoever and with the amount of Arby’s and Godfathers employees just standing around doing nothing but eating could have been cleaning. I am truly disappointed with my meal and disgusted with my experience there. This is the reason I stopped going in the first place and figured I’d give this place another chance and they blew it. WON’T BE BACK!

This doesn’t get the best rating because even though the lady up front trying to help me was having a long hard day she apologized and tried to help me. The manager came up and just stood there. Whispered something in her hear and she left. He had a long uncovered goatee which is health code violation. He didn’t even smile when he told me my food was there. Didn’t even hand it to me. Very rude.

I stop here every time I’m in the area. I have regretted the stop the last 2 times at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Post Thanksgiving, the fries were so salty that they weren’t edible. Around Christmas the dude taking my order seemed shocked to see a $20 bill(said that he was rich) then messed up my order. Called it a brain fart. Learn to listen to your clientele and don’t be a douche.

The food was great. However, having only one person take the order and do the register while 3 other people stand around and wait created an extraordinary long line. I waited at least 10 min before I could even place my order. Then another 10 min for my order, which was very small. Please remember this us supposed to be fast food.

A needed stop after a long drive. Bathrooms were big and clean. Lots of parking, but there was construction going on so it was hectic. Very convenient place to stop.

Staff ignored me as I sat in the drive-thru. So I went inside. Like 10 people working but it still took way too long to get food out. Restaurant was filthy. Staff was more concerned with talking shit to each and chat about what time they will be off.

My husband loves Arby’s and their roast beef sandwhiches, but it has not been my favorite. However I have come to love your roast turkey and my favorite now is the roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich ( also comes in a wrap) They really pile on the meat as you can see from the center of sandwhich compared to first glance from outside!

The lady helping us out was very short with us while ordering. She rushed us through our order and didn’t smile. She was obviously upset that she had to serve us. She was so intimidating, I didn’t feel like I could order what I actually wanted. I also ordered ranch with my fries and didn’t receive it. Not a great experience.
