I order here probably once a month without issue, but today was weird. Our subs were all dripping wet, the buns were soggy with it. Funny thing is, my sub was soaked with a white sort of sauce, and nothing I ordered would have had that on it.

Hands down worst subway around. They put so much sauce on my sub it was inedible. The bread was, no joke, dissolved in the dressing there was so much … Also wasn’t toasted even tho that wouldn’t matter being the state it was in.

There was only one person to take orders, make food, and operate the register. Can’t recall her name, but she did an excellent job multitasking. She actually deserves a raise or bonus. I will be revisiting this location because of this young lady. Great job!!!

The only reason this is five stars is to not negatively affect the employees.
You guys have one person always working. What happens if they can not use the restroom?? What happens if someone comes in and threatens the employee? Where is the manager? Why can the manager not staff this location properly? That is their job. Why is the manager not working and covering shifts? I am very disappointed in whoever manages this location. The employee working does a wonderful job and deserves the help to be fully staffed and a functional location.

I really had a great experience at this Subway. I got takeout for my family and everyone loved the subs and wraps. Everything was fresh. All my sandwiches were beautiful. The staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely will be back! We live near a different Subway that is close to us but that one is very disappointing. I am willing to go out of my way to go to this Subway! Thank you!

Honestly I was ready for some push back. We came in with 5 people, all having a good, goofy time. All had our own orders. This place was empty and we came to ruin the day lol. Honestly though both workers were sweet and super accurate with our food. I would’ve liked them labeled but apparently my husband knew how they were put in the bags. All in all great place to get food

I would not recommend going to this place if you want a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. For starters, the lady that served us had a slick and rude demeanor which made us feel extremely unwelcomed. While working with another customer, she acknowledged our presence but failed to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. After a long moment she finally completed the other customers order, once it was our turn we tried to order the footlong cookie, and of course she said it was out of stock. Even though the menu had no markings or signs to indicate it was temporarily unavailable. Obviously this was disappointing, as we began to leave the lady had a smug grin on her lips as if she found our frustration amusing. Not to mention, she didnt even attempt to apologize for the inconvenience. All things considered, do not go here.

I have worked in customer service for over five years. I know great customer service when I see it because I hold my own staff to high standards when it comes to helping customers. This being said, this store has terrible customer service. Walked in today and didn’t receive a typical subway hello. Told the first woman that we would like three subs, she seemed very inconvenienced by this and rolled her eyes and started to throw a HUGE attitude with my mom and I. She asked which type of bread we’d like. We told her each bread type and between telling her our bread choices she just looked back and stared at us like we were stupid and she was over being there. She was also goofing around almost the whole time we were there ordering and I couldn’t get over the attitude she had towards PAYING customers. The woman who was working at the veggie station wasn’t any better. She had an attitude as well. I might just be used to going above and beyond for my customers, but it seemed like no extra effort or any effort for that matter, was given whatsoever. My mom ordered a tuna sub with vinegar. There was less than a teaspoon left in the vinegar bottle when the woman poured it onto her sub. No one bothered going back to replace the bottle with a fresh one to pour a little more into her sub to top it off.
