This is my new pho spot. I decided to drive to Frederick from MoCo since it has a reputation for great food, and it absolutely delivered. Best pho I’ve ever had. I got the rare steak and flank and it was incredibly flavorful. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the atmosphere was light and lively. Definitely try the homemade chili sauce. It has a one of a kind flavor and takes the pho to another level. First time I’ve ever finished my bowl. It was good to the last drop. I will definitely be back.

A real hidden gem! Great casual spot and the food is absolutely incredible. We had the chicken pho and beef pho and both were 10/10: warmong, aromatic, filling, and flavorful. Very fast and friendly service as well. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Steadily busy but the food comes out quick and is fantastic! Pho is great, Bun Bo Hue is great, and Goi Cuon / Garden Rolls / Spring Rolls are excellent! Our new Go To for Vietnamese. Top it off the owner and all the staff are super friendly!

This is such a great spot! The pork feet noodles and pho are both delicious, and everything tastes very fresh. The staff are friendly, and the mango smoothie is amazing. It’s located in a quiet little town, which makes the whole experience feel very relaxing and comfortable.

I have patronized this restaurant since it opened but will no longer be doing so based on the behavior of the male owner who typically runs the counter. I placed a DoorDash pickup order. When I came in, I stood in line and waited to be called upon. When I was, I began to say that I was picking up for myself and tried to show him the order on my phone. He cut me off mid-sentence to yell at me to speak up and that I was shoving my phone is his face, which was forcing him to take his glasses off. I guess he felt that somehow I was being both too quiet and aggressive at the same time? I was very taken aback and apologized and attempted to explain that I was just trying to be helpful by showing him my phone. He continued to loudly berate me, and I calmly asked him why he was so angry and could he please stop yelling at me. He continued to yell at me in front of other patrons and angrily shoved my food towards me. This was a humiliating experience, and his behavior was very concerning. He was angry to the point that his entire body was shaking, and his face was bright red. I will not be coming back as a result, which is very sad considering the food is so good, but this absolutely ruined my evening and even my desire to eat the food.

Pho-licious. Could not believe how friendly the staff was. I have no idea what I’m doing when ordering pho and they picked up on that immediately (thank you). Recommend their spicy broth with literally anything in it. Not a lot of oil, not a lot of sodium, I’m not local but I would come back for this.

I LOOOOVE Phõ 52! Walking distance from my home and just the friendliest staff! I’m a phõ connoisseur and have tried so many different spots in Frederick and this is by far my favorite. My go to is summer rolls, Vietnamese coffee, and a large pho ga! Food never disappoints and staff is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! I came in early and got to chatting and these guys have only been open for two years and definitely don’t get the credit they deserve, please consider stopping in next time you’re craving phõ☺️❤️

It was my first time eating at Pho 52, and the food is amazing! Leo and his wife were helpful and so kind!The portion size was fulfilling. We had the bun bo hue and vermicelli, both were great choices. We definitely will be back!
