I had such a great experience at this Starbucks yesterday morning! I had called a few other Starbucks to see if they could make a drink from last year’s fall menu called the iced apple crisp cream chai, and most of them said they couldn’t but when I called this location, they said they could definitely make it work! So I came in and was greeted immediately by everyone and they made my drink! Unfortunately, on my part, I didn’t specify that I wanted it iced so when I got it hot, I asked if they could just pour it over ice and the sweet girl working poured out the original drink and remade me a whole new one, iced, and left a really sweet note on the cup. It made my day. I wish I had grabbed their names, but everyone working there was so kind, and it just led to me having the best day thank you, Wilmington Starbucks!

They make good coffee but I wait at least 30 minutes for my order every time I order inside or mobile order. They will lose my order and I have to show them proof of ordering on the app as well. I brought my dog today and left him in the car because I thought I would only be inside for 10 minutes at most but was waiting for my drink for over 30.

Was just at this location and the nicest girl with black pigtail braids and a bow helped us out. She was so sweet in letting us know where our order was in line (it was busy inside) and was the nicest person I’ve ever met! Would recommend this location over every other one I’ve been too

This place is the worst. It’s not the staff’s fault – it’s management. The staff is always pleasant but they’re barely ever open. The few times I’ve gone, I’ve ordered ahead just to find out when I got there that it was drive thru only and then had to sit in a drive thru line for (not exaggerating) sometimes up to 25 min to pick up my coffee. It’s absurd. Clearly this franchise doesn’t have the ability to run the store in any functional way.

The people are always nice, especially at the drive-thru. The issue I have with this location is that sometimes they will be closed for reasons that aren’t always clear. My assumption is that they are short-staffed. It is especially annoying when the app allows you to order ahead despite the closure. This only happened once, so perhaps they fixed that bug in the app. Eventually, the order was canceled, and a refund was issued later that day without me having to contact them.
