My husband and I ate here for the first time this evening, Sunday, November 23, 2025. We ordered 2 power chicken salads,one roast beef sandwich, one iced tea, and one bottled water. The hostess and/or cashier was very pleasant and served us promptly. The power salads were arranged nicely, not sloppy, very appealing. The taste, along with the raspberry vinaigrette dressing made each bite simply delicious. The roast beef sandwich was also prepared neatly and tasted good. We spent a little under $40 which I thought was acceptable because of the excellent service and the amount of food that we received. Lord willing, we hope to return again soon, and we highly recommend your business to others.

Ordered my food and it was out in less than 5 minutes! My favorite is The Apollo and, when available, I get the pasta salad. Delicious! I was there tonight and the cashier made great conversation and made the whole experience welcoming. I will surely miss the Clemson Groucho’s when I move.

I love the food here! You definitely cannot go wrong with an Apollo and the Formula “45” sauce with a sweet tea. It is hands down amazing!! The staff here is very friendly too. Groucho’s is the place to eat in downtown Clemson.

Stopped in Clemson on our way to Alabama & needed to grab lunch. We parked on a side street & at the top of the hill sat Groucho’s, perched like a grinning fat cat.
We decided to roll with it.
So glad we did. The roast beef was delicious, the Russian dressing sauce was unique & we loved it.
The pickles were awesome!
