The owner, Antione, does not compromise on quality, taste or freshness – and, if you’re pleasant, you’ll find this delightful character who rescues horses to be a caring person with hilarious stories.
The fried croissants with sugar – unexpectedly airy, light and just the right amount of sweetness.
Light strawberry glazed beignet? Donut? Idk – but it’s SCRUMPTIOUS – indescribable texture with a tart yet sweet glaze.
One day I’ll go all in for a whole quiche.
Get there early – folks come from all over, it’s only Antione doing all the baking and when it’s over it’s over.
Five stars – this is a gem in Windham.

5 star dreamy pastry shoppe! We had truly the most delectable and superb wedding cake, made by ours truly, the French pastry chef. This was a true work of art, as well as being sooooo delicious. Marizpan, almond butter, coffee liqueur, and moist sponge wedding cake. What a great choice for a pastry chef! Bravo!

The flakiest apple turnover, and the fluffiest sticky bun! Neither was too heavy or too sweet… just right! And both tasted as if they were made from the highest quality ingredients. Antoine was very friendly and helpful, and his description of his cheesecake was spot on — so light and delicate, not heavy and sticky. Still thinking about that sticky bun two days after wolfing it down.

This place was excellent! I went in to get some macarons and he threw in free donuts for us. On top of that, when we didn’t know he only took cash, and so we didn’t have quite enough, he just took the cash we had and said it was fine despite us being short. Great service and nice interior, and the macaroons and donuts were excellent! The owner is so kind and this is the kind of small, local business that deserves support. I highly recommend visiting here, and I will definitely be back myself.

Antoine, the owner and chef, is truly an artist. His pastries and cakes are second to none. He is passionate about his product and the results are incredible. You can tell that he uses the highest quality ingredients in his pastries and cakes. My wife said it was the best bakery she has ever been to and I would absolutely have to agree. If you are in Windham, or somewhere nearby, do not miss the opportunity to treat yourself to this hidden gem in WIndham!
