Tried this place multiple times. Nice view from bar. Unfortunately if there’s more than 10 customers in the bar, service drops off considerably. Two bartenders and a server should be able to easily manage a full house in this little place, but they struggle. Prepping the bar before service would be a good first step in helping with customer experience. Also, having the server greet each table when they arrive would be a good professional touch, but alas…just very disappointing. Will stick with W&W grill & market when visiting Vero from now on. We do not plan to visit Green Cabin Room again.

Beautiful view, but prices are outrageous. In the past they had good snacks, those are gone. We are DVC members since 1998, definitely gone downhill. We never buy food or drinks on Disney property.

I think this is one of the most legendary Disney bars in the world. It’s not connected to the S.E.A. lore of the Parks, but could be. The patio overlooking the ocean is sublime. If that patio was in the Parks, Disney would be charging $299 for a drink party up there every night. But here, you can just walk up and enjoy. Our bartender, Stephanie, took care of us two nights. She made excellent drinks (try her Old Fashioned) and was very caring if we liked them.
This bar atmosphere is dark woods, treasure/expedition-themed props, and a beautiful mural on the ceiling. Come check it out. Disney fans- I think this bar alone is a reason to come to Vero Beach Resort. You won’t regret it.

Couldn’t have been any better. Friendly Bartender great cocktails & beautiful view on the balcony so nice we have a Disney in Vero Beach. Pool bar is great too.

The Green Cabin Room is a small bar on the second floor off the lobby of Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. It has a loyal following. For our April 2024 visit, the bar opened at 5PM. There was a line, but we easily got seating. There’s tables, bar seating, high tops, and outdoor seating on an oceanview balcony. Standard Disney Resorts bar menu, full bar, and specialty drinks are available. Friendly service. Amazing views! There is trivia and mixology classes offered, too! Highly recommended!

Coffee and tea with breakfast snacks in the morning, then cocktail, wine and beer with appetizers in the evening. Fun trivia and name-that-tune nights are fun and help you meet other folks. Well staffed and everyone was so nice, oh, and that view looking out on the mighty Atlantic ocean, never get tired of that!

Tried to sign up for the rum tasting 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Was told there was space but they wouldn’t set up for another person. Pretty much sums up the opposite of what is expected from Disney. Hope the the new CEO renews the service that used to be standard from Disney.
Edit: as my family and I entered the nice restaurant for our thanksgiving meal a manager attempted to address the above review with me. 1) with family with me heading into what is supposed to be a nice thanksgiving meal is not the time for this, 2) stating that it takes time to set up is not an excuse. When folks show up to tastings on the cruise ships without reservations, the cast makes accommodations. We do not do that as reservations are requested and should be respected by guests but I have seen it several times. In this case, we hurried to make reservations ahead of time but we’re denied. If it takes more than 15 minutes to set up for a tasting , that reflects poorly on the staff. So, while I appreciate that a manager attempted to address the concern, it was handled poorly by the manager which only frustrated me because I was not going to address these frustrations in front of 2 other staff and my entire family. The end result was an awkward exchange prior to our thanksgiving meal.

We went for the great view on Wednesday 8/30/2022 and all we received was bad service & bad drinks…given the bad drinks we’ve just had and thinking about staying to enjoy the view a bit longer, I then try ordering a latte or cappuccino but the server/bartender CM from Queens, NY rudely said he “wouldn’t start the coffee machine just for that because it was reserved only if I ordered a coffee martini or something like that” .
We left to catch the great view in our balcony with a bottle of red I bought at the market downstairs

Love the view….really no better! Drinks are good and light bites are also good. This is always our first stop while staying there…also if you just need an hour of perfect ocean viewing just sit here and enjoy a drink and soak up the sea!
