Third time here and I’ve loved it every time. Yes, it’s priced higher than a typical fast food burger joint, but you’re getting better quality food so just know before you go! The burgers are highly customizable. They have great onion rings and fries. I love the ambiance too. The employees have been consistently friendly and attentive.

Manager was so sweet and caring. The only one thing that went sideways, was the fact I had told cashier that “All” of the tables were dirty. And we had waited for someone to come clean one off. But they never did. (Thus, the reason for the 4stars), I did report it to the manager. He was so concern for his workers to the point that he apologized that it happened. He was going correct the problem. ” (Manager name had slipped my mind)”. He handle the situation wonderfully and kind. He seems to care about his employees to do better. He told me that he was just starting out as a manager. In my opinion I thought he did an awesome job.
Let’s not for get the workers, here’s a BIG shout out to them All. My cheese burger was on point. (See pictures below). Thanks for making my experience and my Granddaughters experience delightful ..
In my opinion I do hope the this burger joint will be around for a long time to come. I highly recommend this place.. I can’t wait to go back with my husband.. Thank you !!!!
Oh I almost forgot. Our moca and cookies and cream shakes was very delicious .. just that the price was very high $5.29. It comes in a medium size (see pictures below)

My family and I were in Sumter to visit family. On the last day of our stay, both my mom and brother grabbed a quick bite from The Habit Burger Grill. They thought the rest of the family should try the burger place, and right before we took off, we decided to dine in. When I tell you that it was the best burger I’ve had in a while, it was amazing. The quality and service was awesome and the restaurant looked so clean and pristine. The staff was so nice and the price was great for the quality. I hope they put one up in Gaffney, SC, it was 100 times better than Cook Out.

It took me a while to write this review because its only right to be honest as possible when your letting everyone know about your experience. The store is always clean when I walk in and I am always greeted by staff. The bathrooms are very nice and always clean. Management stays on top of staff to put out the best quality of food and in a timely manner. Sabrina the manager of the restaurant is very nice and she is about her business. I believe she is a great role model for her staff. She gets my vote and I will continue to do business with habit. Have a blessed day

On this visit, I had the chicken club sandwich and green bean fries. Sandwich was buttered and toasted to perfection. Crispy bacon, crunchy lettuce, and juicy tomatoes. The chicken on the sandwich it was tough and not well seasoned. If it was an avocado BLT, this would have been great. But those green bean fries always HIT!

As far as fast food goes, this is about as good as you can get. I especially like that this restaurant is extremely clean and the employees are super friendly and helpful. I’ve liked everything I’ve tried from the menu, with the exception of the ice cream.

We have very few good places for a great burger, and this place is like our #1 go-to for a burger.
We come here often and have never been disappointed. Don’t listen to those bad reviews on FB Sumter page. Just come and try it for yourself. We need to support more places like this so they can stay in town.

First time: I tried the teriyaki char burger with sweet potato fries, the fries were extremely good and super fresh, the burger was big, it was also pretty good. We did have to wait a while, but it could have been just from people placing orders because once we were at the window, it was a quick transaction and the food was still fresh. We did pay about $32 for two burgers and two sides of fries so be prepared for their prices.

First time trying. Waited in the drive through 17 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich. 2 cars in the parking lot. Service was not friendly, no napkins in the bag. Sandwich looked to be good quality however it was much too salty in my opinion and part of it had no chicken on it. I had heard others say the wait in the drive through is long, so I guess it wasn’t just me.
