I am a regular at this Starbucks location and I am there everyday. The staff is incredible, every one of them always says hello to me and when I leave they always say “thanks have a great day”, super super friendly, and very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations of things to try.. The manager Michael is the best, he is so personable and has really done a great job turning this location into a great store and my favorite Starbucks out of all of them! I will continue to be a regular at this location!!!

The last two times I have ordered Pike hot coffee, the cup has been handed to me with the cheap lid coming off the cup. The first time, the very hot coffee spilled all over my hand and the second it went all over the inside of my car and on my clothes.
Either put the lids on tight or ditch the cheap lids.

I stopped here just recently due to a trip from Cincinnati to Chicago, I went and visited family through Indiana. I have never had an experience at a Starbucks like I’ve had here, the people, the atmosphere, the drinks were all top teir! It was very lively and felt like a great place to hang out, I didn’t want to leave. If I wasn’t on a tight deadline I would have stayed for one more drink. Whatever these managers are doing over here, it’s working, and it should DEFINITELY BE RELAYED to other Starbucks!

This Starbucks is very clean and the drinks are consistent. The staff is super efficient and inviting, however, Michael is very rude. He had a strange attitude like I was annoying for coming in and ordering coffee. Maybe he was having a rough Sunday morning, but completely rude and unprofessional to put it towards another customer. Michael, take a vacay friend. You clearly need it.

The best Starbucks crew! I’ve become a regular at this location because of the amazing service, and the friendly, welcoming vibe from the baristas here. They take the time to learn customers’ names and usual orders, they welcome people as they walk in the door, and it’s obvious they take pride in keeping the store clean, too.

Everytime I order a white hot chocolate and I state NO coffee or espresso in it. I ask again before I pull away to make sure. 99% of the time it’s a mocha…frustrating I don’t like coffee at all!!
