I went to the Walmart subway ordered sandwiches and asked the lady to toast both sandwiches she puts them in the toaster never turns it on then she turns around and I asked her did you toast them then she looks at me and had the balls to tell me she did I look at her and then looked at the sandwiches and nodded my head told my self toaster never even turned on so when I got home my girl friend was all pissed cause the sandwiches were not even warm . This was on Thursday the 25 at around 1:25 pm

The place was clean, customer service good. The portion size was HORRIBLE!!! All I wanted was a veggie salad and for 8 dollars it truly wasn’t worth it. Definitely will not be going back. I asked for extra black olives and got about 3 additional.

My experience started off okay, employee was friendly and was patient with my requests. I had to wait a quick minute to be served. It was just awkward bc the other employee (Rosa) was sweeping and didn’t greet us or told us “some one will be right with you.” Nonetheless, the experience was okay at the beginning.
When I was about to pay, I couldn’t make a meal on one of the subs because the drink I chose was a “kid’s” juice box (we had chosen that due to my wife being pregnant). It didn’t matter much to me so I told them to charge it as is. I payed using Apple Pay and the payment went through and on the display it said “approved.” I instantly got the notification from my bank regarding the transaction. This is where things took a turn for the worst. For whatever reason, it didn’t go through on their side, despite it being taken out of my account. Rosa called the owner during which she was instructed to charge me again.
I had explained to her that I was from out of town and it would be a huge inconvenience for me to return for a refund if the funds were not put back. She didn’t apologize and kept saying “I’m pretty sure it will go back.” While handling my issue, a friend (or acquitance to the very least) rudely stood close to me leaning against the counter. Rosa stoped helping me to assist her instead. This lady had no sense of boundaries. She stood at very close proximity to me and continued to interrupt asking the cashier how she was and that they had not seen each other in some time. I called my bank and they confirmed the transaction went through and they could not do anything from their end due to the transaction being intended. I relayed the information to her and she gave me the same answer, “I’m pretty sure you’ll get your money back.” I was so upset, hungry and tired from work. I told her that I wasn’t going anywhere without the food I was charged for and if I had to call the police I would. She then called the owner again. Their response was “he said you can take the food. I know you’re food is getting cold and soggy, so take it but you’ll have to come back and pay us if it gets refunded.” I was so angry that 1. She didn’t apologize 2. Didn’t offer to remake the food (10-15min had passed since I had first payed). The food was for sure cold by then and didn’t offer a discount or even a cookie for the inconvenience, much less an apology. 4. Put her friends first and lastly continue; to ignore the fact I was from out of town and I had to chose between returning for my refund or to pay them back.
I decided to leave without my food and with a written notice of what happen, in case I don’t get the funds back. HORRIBLE customer service. Extremely disappointed! I ended up going to TOGOS where staff was friendly and understanding. I will not recommend coming to this location. Take the extra time to go TOGOS in the same plaza or to another subway.

Personally I’ve always had good customer service there due to the fact where they located they get some really crazy people the only thing I would suggest if you’re paying with card sometimes our system takes forever, which is not their fault. If you walk in with a positive attitude those ladies will go out of their way to make sure your experience is good

I’d give one star if I didn’t have such good customer service the few times I’ve gone there, the ladies are soo sweet!!! I probably won’t ever eat at this subway again though, the amount of flies is CRAZY! In the bread machine, and just flying all over everything. They either need to fully enclose subway from Walmart, or figure something else out because I don’t see them being able to stay in business through a health inspection. A couple flies is one thing, but it’s way more than a couple and them flying in the bread machine really disgusted me! I can only imagine how many land on all the open food and veggies, I hope to see a difference made!

Dumb and lazy employee! She couldn’t understand basic gesture since I M deaf. I explained I couldn’t talk. I was so appalled her response “I know”. Didn’t do anything!!!!!
She didn’t offer me a pen and paper to communicate til I asked.
