Their drivers like to park in the striped section of the parking lot designated for handicapped drivers to get their wheelchairs out of their vehicles. Their drivers can’t even be bothered to pick up after themselves and leave their cigarette butts on the ground outside. Disgusting.

I was super happy to find this papa john’s since this is my family’s favorite pizza chain. We ordered 5 different pizza but it was a super busy day for them. Yet every staff was nice and polite. Pizzas are great as we were craving for papa john’s pizza over 2 years! Thank you, Marcola staffs!!

Girl working there was super nice, friendly and professional.
It was super clean there when we picked up are online ordered pizza.
Ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese and garlic cheese stuffed crust, It was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, cooked perfectly. 10/10 stars, definitely coming back

Finally got a Papa Johns near so can stop using dominos. After my recent order, they stopped doing delivery and outsourced to door dash. I hate door dash and do not want to support them, they never can find my address, and the food is no longer delivered hot. Super dissapointing, I got a room temp pizza and a dasher who was full of sass and couldn’t find my address.
