The service was great. The chilaquiles were just right, and the quesabirria on point. The sweet bread was a complement of the house. The pancakes taste great. We are definitely coming back and try the rest of the menu. I highly recommend

I really wanted to try food from here since I been waiting for them to open for the longest. Unfortunately for some reason apparently the coffee and bread shop are separated from food shop since its 2:30pm and I couldn’t buy food anymore because that section was closed already? Weird, food looks delicious in the menu though. Cakes and bread with coffee look very delicious, I hope and I can come back and taste the food soon. It would be very helpful to let customers know the times we can buy the different products you guys sell. Food looks great but I was hungry and I had to go eat somewhere else, Coming back soon though…

I have seen that it was finally open and since i made a pit stop at the atm decided to get a sweet treat but cashier there needs to improve customer service. Did not greet or replied to my hello. I just had a pack of the pre packed bread (overpriced too) the counter look dirty and unkept. I paid with little to no interaction. Not really returning.

Decided to stop by One of my pregnancy cravings had been their cinnamon roll mazapán which non of the rolls were available. The cashier was a girl and she’s clueless of what they had available As a first time actually going in myself I didn’t know what mi panecito offered so before going in I check online and saw one that said “select signature” I asked her what would that box be she said Oh I don’t know I’m not sure , I asked so the box you guys have here that says 4 pack what breads are for the price “ oh I don’t know” at this point I’m ready to leave because one they have no cinnamon rolls the have no clue on how there packages work no coffee or drinks were available but some young gentleman I guess he was the one in change walked up helped her he was very kind and helpful I asked him the same thing and he was able to clarify that it a starting price and that they just depended on the breads you choose. Plus when we were going to pay she said cash or card I was going to pay but my husband was like no I’ll pay it’s going to be cash and she says oh no sorry it’s going to have to be card because I already put on the system that it’s going to be card in my head I’m like hello what if I didn’t have a card then it’d had to be cash your just being lazy to cancel it or I don’t know if you don’t know how to but I was ready to just leave so I used my card.
Experience wasn’t good at all. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back again.

First they tell me they’re out of 90% of the menu, next when I make the order the lady is the back rolls her eyes and makes a face like girl pls. And third they kick us out of their seats like hello??? Are you guys not supposed to treat your costumers like costumers or animals. The food was good tho

I’ve tried My Panecito three times so far and everything I have ordered has been delicious! Cafe de olla iced espresso, horchata iced espresso, traditional conchas, cinnamon roll conchas, and Nutella filled conchas. They were all amazing; very good quality and tasteful. My favorites are the Nutella filled conchas and the horchata iced espresso! Will definitely keep going

The experience was horrible. I bought a cake but when asked if they could add lettering, as typical for a birthday cake, they said they couldn’t which doesn’t make sense. After receiving our drinks, I asked for a portable cup holder, to which they again responded saying they didn’t have any. If they hope to have a good business, it’s important that they stay attentive and focused on what they need.

This review is about the desserts only . We ordered a variety of their cakes to go. The individual size cookie butter cheesecake was really good, I wish they would make this one in a “whole cake” as I believe it’s the only one with flavor. Now for whole cakes, the cookie caramel whole cake was probably the worst. Cake was crummy, falls apart as soon as you put your fork in it. No flavor At all! (Only the cookies decorated on top are good because they’re Biscoff) Very disappointed. The Tres leches cake, no flavor in the cake again and sadly it had none of the famous milk creme in the bottom of the tray, completely dry. The cheesecake flan was decent, on the smaller side compared to the other cakes but it was okay. For the place highly advertising desserts it’s very disappointing. Very expensive for no-flavor cakes. Kinda feels like you are being robbed. You are better off buying cakes from the market.

Decided to try this place out and was pleased with the service. The cashier, Christopher, was polite and attentive and even checked on our order after a few minutes of waiting. Conchas were nice and warm 🙂

This is for my panecito. In the neighborhood, there are better bakery options. The bread feels premade and reheated, hardening into a rock after a few hours. The desserts lack focus; they’re just a mix of flavors without a clear purpose. I do not recommend this place.
