Melt is an amazing dining experience. The food quality is excellent and the atmosphere is beautiful! The service is professional and personal.
I most recently got to enjoy the four course fondue for dinner, and every part of the meal was incredible. It is such a fun experience to choose your cheese fondue, cook your meat at the table, and top it off with chocolate fondue at the end!
I have also eaten lunch here and it was great! For $15 you can get a fresh, homemade salad (or soup) and sandwich. You can’t get fast food for this price anymore! It’s a great place to meet a friend or have a nice lunch on your break.
They also offer the prettiest lounge & bar if you just want to grab a drink. And the cocktails are great!
I enjoyed reading the menu, as each dish and drink has been carefully named and chosen.
If you live anywhere close, you should give it a try- there isn’t another place like this!

We came upon Melt when visiting the area for a show choir festival. Keisa and Garret were absolutely charming hosts for our four-course fondue experience. They even turned up the fireplace as one of us became chilled in the evening. We appreciated the personal care, warm atmosphere, and lovely food. Truly enjoyed the prohibition era cocktails and raspberry hard cider. The meat course was flavorful which is not always the case for fondue. And the salted caramel dessert was heaven. A delightful surprise in Gering, NE!!

I absolutely love the atmosphere of Melt. The staff truly care about their customers and will strive to give you the best experience. This FOUR course meal may seem expensive but believe me, you get your monies worth. With unlimited dippers for your cheese and dessert, you are sure to walk out of there stuffed. The lounge is my favorite. Reservations are not required for the lounge and they have a separate menu for those who enjoy snacks with their drinks. And now the patio with lunch! Seriously, I’m in heaven! Thank you Melt and staff for everything you do! We appreciate the attention to detail you have put into making this a great and unique experience!

Had a very nice time having dinner with a good friend. The ambiance and decoration were really lovely and moody. The food was quite good and the drinks were excellent. It took us about 3 hours to have the whole meal which was fine because we had a lot to catch up on! The bar was really inviting! When I visit again I will probably do cheese and drinks in the bar because the whole 4 courses was fun but a lot.
