Nice spot for lunch along US 23. A bit outdated but the place was clean and spacious.
My coworkers and I enjoyed our lunch here and will definitely stop in again when working in the area.

Came here in the morning and the young lady who served me was very nice but the older women who I believe was the owner was very snuddy and rude and was screaming at the young lady. Food was okay but the main problem was the staff. Beside the young lady she was very nice

Was not impressed with this place at all. Took over an hour to receive my wife’s calzone. The philly steak sub I had was mediocre at best.maybe this experience was not normal for this restaurant. Maybe they were short staffed. Had a great experience the first time we came, came back and was told to seat ourself. We waited for 25+ minutes and never had anyone come to even greet us and then once we decided to leave no one even tried to speak to us on the way out. Everyone was on their phone.

Every single time I have ordered here, nobody comes to the drive thru window for 15 minutes, 1 person inside waiting, nobody eating. If you’re that low on staff, for YEARS, maybe it should be closed down. We will not be back, Louisa or Catlettsburg are much better for your money. Wish I could take away my tip.

The food is good but for some reason 4 out of every 5 times I order from here they put they get the order wrong. No matter how many times I say what toppings I want it’s hardly ever right.

This restaurant has terrible customer service. I was left sitting at the window for 15 minutes and the lady would look at me then walk away. When I asked about my order she rudely said it’s in the oven. At this time it had been 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to take 15 minutes. The young lady was very polite but the older lady needs to find a different job.

This food, including 2 pizzas and a pizza bread were aweful. The crust was extremely thin and had a blowout hole in one place where the toppings were just on the box bottom. I had ordered sausage but there werent hardly any toppings at all.
And while we picked up our order 15 minutes before closing, as soon as I walked out the door, they locked it and turned out the lights. What a worthless restaurant.

I would give zero stars if I could.
I placed an order and was told about 30-35 minutes. When I arrived, I was told it would be another 15 minutes because it had only been 15 minutes. Girl with purple hair was very rude and got an attitude. I pulled up time order was placed on cell and omg it had been 28 minutes. Girl kept wanting to argue so I told her to just cancel/forget the order.
Very bad customer service.
