My friend took me there for a birthday celebration. It was unusual to find a restaurant open on Mondays. My friend and I both have lived in Europe and were just blown away with this restaurant!

Since it was a Monday, it was very quiet. There was one regular there when we arrived, and the three top came in after we were done eating. This is all to say that it was easy to hear each other and have relaxed conversation with the owners.

My friend ordered the Ragu, and I had the Wiener schnitzel. Both were excellent. I appreciated having both cucumber salad and potato salad with my schnitzel.

We made sure to save room for dessert. I ordered the Kaiserschmarrn, which is basically a large pancake type dessert with homemade blueberry compote on top. Highly recommend! The edges of the pancake were wonderfully caramelized. My friend had the floating apple strudel, which was also wonderful.

The owner Attila and his wife are very personable and attentive. I cannot wait to go back!

If you’re looking for a place with a laid-back vibe and a bit of culinary magic, Muddy Waters Gastropub is the spot. They’ve got this beautiful outdoor seating area where you can just chill and enjoy the nature around you under lovely lights. Indoors, they’ve got plenty of seating and even live music on the weekends, which definitely adds to the charm.

Food-wise, prepare to be wowed. We met their chef, Attila, who hails from Austria, and he’s bringing some serious talent to the table. I started off with their beets napoleon and a Reuben eggroll—both were absolutely amazing appetizers. And for the main event, the chicken wienerschnitzel was just delicious.

As for drinks, they’ve got a specialty cocktail called the Muddy Waters. It’s kind of like an old-fashioned, but they make it extra special by adding fresh apple juice from a batch of apple strudel they press in-house. It was all just really, really good.

In short, highly recommend this place for a great evening out. You won’t be disappointed!

Stopped in to honor Muddy Waters. Place was very cool. It was early so I didn’t catch any live music but was worth the quick stop. Staff was friendly. Only got a pretzel so can’t comment on the food. But the pretzel was really good.

We had dinner this past Saturday with my girlfriends sons and daughter in law.As always the food ,drinks ,and desserts were first class. I have been to Muddy Waters several times with friends and family never disappointed with there food ,service and awesome atmosphere. The burgers were juicy and perfectly cooked. The Shepards pie was perfectly baked and the pulled pork sandwich was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I spoke with Attila and his wife who makes the amazing desserts that are delicious to the last piece. They had country line dancing which the dance floor was packed as we finished our dessert. It was very entertaining and enjoyable to see everyone enjoying themselves.I highly recommend eating and staying for there bands that are there on the weekends.Very cool and the staff is amazing.Sándor Murguly

What a gem. We decided to try somewhere off the beaten path and outside of the Valley and just happened across this listing in Maps. Boy am I glad we chose it. The place is decorated very tastefully and everything that we had was top notch. My Weiner schnitzel was exceptionally crisp and tasty with a delightfully clean tasting potato salad on the side. The portion is monstrous and could have been split between the two of us. My companion’s burger was perfectly cooked and she complimented the beef both on taste and texture which she ascribed to the coarseness of the grind. We’re already looking forward to our return visit!

I normally don’t give a 5 stars but this meal was one of the best I have had in a very long time.
From the owner to the servers, they were all amazing.
Now the food was delicious, my meat was cooked to perfection! I had a nice drink. I would definitely recommend the apple strudel with vanilla sauce.

I’ve gotten very excited when I heard about this new gastro pub that opened right around the corner, and I’ve gotten even more excited when I checked their menu online and saw the very familiar dishes I grew up with. I just couldn’t get out of my mind the Kaiserschmarren so last night we went for dinner. My husband warned me don’t get too excited: ” you know it’s hard to come up to your mom`s amazing cooking”. Well I tell you and told the owner Attila that his dishes were just as good as mom’s! Not only the food was delightful but the service was great, very friendly and welcoming. So refreshing to have quality and freshly cooked food in this area that is made with pride! We had the soft pretzel with the yummy nostril cleaning spicy mustard. The baked spätzle Mac and cheese – with a hint of dill that just elevated the good old comfort food to a whole other level. Then we tried the Bratwurst over sauerkraut and the night`s special Borsos Tokany which is a tender pork ragu with peas over fries. Amazing!!!! And of course we finished with the Kaiserschmarren – an Austrian variation for crepes drenched in warm fresh blueberry sauce! Well done Attila and Staff! We will be back!

Freezing outside and it was very cool and drafty in the place which made for a pretty uncomfortable dining experience. Most patrons had jackets on while inside eating. I didn’t enjoy my schnitzel while eating in a large puffer jacket.

Live music was a bunch of locals who were a house band. Nothing special. It was an open mic. Heard music from 50s-70s. As a younger millennial it was drab and a once and done kinda spot.
