All the vegetables were frozen the lettuce look wilted. The onions were frozen cucumbers looked soggy even the pickles looked gross. I asked for a cup of ice I said I’d pay for the cup. They wanted to charge me like if I was buying a regular soda. For a large cup of ice, the guy wanted to charge me $2.59. That’s absolutely Insane! I will never come here again

We ordered 6 footlongs this evening and they all were made perfectly. I was not aware of this other Ellicott City location. It’s very spacious, clean, and the service was very friendly and timely. Also, this location accepts a lot of promotions/promo codes. We plan on coming back to this location.

I am a long time Subway customer. This is my first poor experience! A short dark balding man who appears to be of South Asian decent made my sandwich sloppy as hell! I ordered a 6 inch chicken bacon ranch. First he never asked me if I wanted my sandwich toasted, he proceeded to put a bunch of cheese on top of the uncooked looking bacon and stuck it in the convection oven. After it was done my bacon did not look cooked so I asked if he could darken the bacon and he put the entire sandwich back in the oven!! Needless to say I still needed it cooked afterwards, the he took the bacon off my sandwich w/cheese hanging and stuck it in the microwave…then proceeded to tell me next time I need to say I want my bacon cooked separately with an attitude! In short, I’m never going back to this location. My money is no good there.

When I returned to the Ellicott City area recently, I noticed there was a new Subway. I decided to give it a try. The quality and service were not up to par with what I am accustomed to with my regular Subway. I also noticed that they do not accept paper coupons !
