Pulled up to Subway at 2120(920PM) (the website says they close at 2200(1000PM). I noticed employees cleaning, but thought I at least had a chance to get 4 subs for my family for the evening. (They had a very late day performing for show choir.) As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, one of the employees walked up to the door and locked it. If you’re going to advertise 2200(1000PM) for closing time, BE OPEN! NOTE: Screenshot attached from the time I decided to write this review at 2123(923PM)

Said it closes at 10, doors were locked at 9:28. Maybe it was updated before covid, but misleading. Not the workers faults at all, corporate can do better. Super disappointing

Yesterday I ordered a party platter. I’m embarrassed to say that I’ve never offered that before. The staff was unbelievably helpful. They made the process painless. This location has been top-notch for awhile now. Highly recommend.

Went into the Sparta location with one buy one get one 6 inch and buy one get one footlong. When we went to go pay for our food Wendy at the register could not figure out how to take one sub off. She then tried to make us pay full price and told us “bring them back next time”. When we said we were not going to do that she YELLED at her other employee to come over and take care of it. The other employees were very nice and quick. WENDY is extremely rude, this is not the first time she’s been not accommodating.

Very nice greeting every time I come in the door. Good management and very orderly when they provide their customer service. Fast service and quick food for the price and great coupon offer to help on hard times. The only down side I can give is the rooster crow at the door. I don’t jump easily but gets me every time.

Called Subway (Sparta) for a last minute business lunch. Sabrina took my call and was very professional & completed our order accurately for 9 sandwiches. With such service, we will be using Subway again in the future.
