An absolute gorgeous restaurant with scrummy food and lovely people. Very friendly and helpful wait staff who engaged in lovely conversation and jokes. A reasonable 3 course Sunday menu where all food was absolutely delicious. My mum even said the best potatoes she’s ever eaten out and she’s Irish so that’s meaningful! Thank you so much, we will definitely be coming again!

Fantastic restaurant.
Staff were really friendly and even kind enough to book an old couple a taxi home after their lunch.
Food was full of flavour, starting with the perfectly cooked scallops and rich vegetable soup. Mains were good with the stand out being the spaghetti and a nice dessert to finish off the meal.
Would recommend for a visit.

Ela Bella is a wonderful place for a family night out. The staff were lovely and very attentive, and the owner was really friendly and engaging. You really felt like they wanted you there and wanted you to have a great time. Great independent, family-run vibe.

There are plenty of restaurants that serve good food, but where you get a bog standard service. We were made to feel special and as soon as we left Ela Bella we wanted to come back.

Ella Bella absolutely ticks all the boxes. It is such a fabulous restaurant. From the moment we stepped in the door the staff were warm and welcoming. The food was superb,so many different dishes to choose from . My family took me there for my birthday and they really made me feel special. All in all it was the best dining experience I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back again.

I had the most amazing meal! So much so I thought I better leave a review. Firstly the food was incredible, from starters to dessert everything was faultless. The stand out dish was the seafood pasta, fresh and cooked to perfection. Secondly the staff were so friendly, exceptional customer service and nothing was to much trouble (one guest was a fussy eater and they were catered for!) I hadn’t been for a little while, and will most certainly be coming back sooner this time. A hidden gem in Tonbridge! My friends spoke highly of the carbonara, the steak, and I would recommend the bruschetta and cheesecake too.

What a gem in Tonbridge. The team is absolutely brilliant, and despite our late meal with a big group, they looked after us and even stayed behind to make sure we had a good time and didn’t feel rushed. The food is delicious, there are plenty of options for everyone and they managed to accommodate our allergies as well, without any issues. A huge thank you for the team again, they made our night truly special.

Ella Bella is in a nice old building with exposed beams. The staff are nice and friendly.
However the food is expensive for what you get. Acceptable, but not overly tasty or flavoursome. In no way worthy of the price charged. The £20 bowl of pasta should be around £12-14. Keeping in mind that a 10% service charge is added.
The salad was bitter and undressed. And the goats cheese starter didn’t have much goats cheese, just plenty of soggy spinach.
I would perhaps also suggest going full-italian and ditching the Roast Dinners and perhaps have more gentle background music.
