Ordered at the drive thru and waited at least 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a refresher. There were 4 cars in front of me. When I got my sandwiches they were cold. Can’t rate them lower because the drinks are always good, but the speed of the drive thru could definitely be improved because this isn’t the first time this has happened. Will still go back for the drinks but do mobile ordering.

Took my grandma to Starbucks to get a frap after a rough day. The drinks were good and didn’t take too long. The service was really good. Corey took extra time with helping my grandma pick her drink which I was really thankful for. We’ll be back.

I honestly have been having such a bad experience here. And never had any problem with Starbucks else where. They usually have the best customer service. But multiple times they don’t offer trays, straws. And this happened multiple times with my cups not filled. This time however I asked the guy why my cup is not full when I paid for it, he said he can add more ice. I wish that somethings can be done and changed.

WORST Starbucks ever!! I went inside and after standing at the counter for 5 minutes this lady comes out & ask me how I was doing. I greeted her then proceeded with my order. She cut me off & said “hold on I just got back on the floor. Oh & it’s a 40 minute wait due to the amount of mobile orders & door dash.” I asked about the drive through to which she responded “Drive through is prioritized however, I can’t guarantee you anything. ” My question is.. is she mental? I have been driving several hours in this nasty weather & just wanted a hot caramel mocchiato. After reading the other reviews I feel it may have been a blessing in disguise

This location needs more workers or better management. Something.
Everytime I come here I’m waiting 30minutes to an hour for an already pricey drink. Money is one thing. Time is another.
It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get through a drive through with 8 people infront of me.
I think I’m done with this location unfortunately. Almost drove off today $8 down and no drink to spare myself of that hefty wait time.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a tall drink and was given a cup that felt almost empty and looked like it had already been sipped from—I hadn’t touched it at all. Barely anything was served. This is disgusting. I want a refund. Never coming back. AND WILL BE TALKING TO THE MANAGER!!!

First time having Starbucks in the South and we were pleasantly surprised. We are used to Seattle area Starbucks and the coffee there was always bitter. Not here! Great coffee and service. We also ordered the cheese danish and were expecting it to be the suger plum cheese danish, but it was plain cheese, but it was good anyway. We will be back!

So I was just picking up an order for GrubHub and I understand getting busy at all, but I waited I’d say at least an hour maybe longer for one coffee and nobody had any explanation except for all we’re busy and not only that, but it has been sitting there at the cash register for who knows how long that I finally had to go ask again after being told 20 minutes ago that was gonna be 10 minutes so yeah they need to get it together They could’ve at least offered me a coffee or something for sitting there waiting for so long, but they’re only explanation. We just get busy sometimes so busy that you can’t make a coffee faster than an hour.

Waited 20 mins for a REFRESHER. genuinely the worst Starbucks experience ive ever had. I worked at Starbucks for 4 years and I’ve never seen workers as bad as these ones. Absolutely no multitasking and took AT LEAST 4 mins on each drink. (Drinks can be made in 30 seconds) they looked like sloths. I’m from Massachusetts and every single Starbucks I’ve been to in NC has been horrible but this one takes the cake. Workers wouldn’t acknowledge anyone. Once they finally acknowledged me they realized my order never got sent from the register employee. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve truly never experienced this bad of a Starbucks. I’m surprised they’re still running. Management has to be the main problem.
