Do NOT eat here. It was terrible! If I could give negative -5 stars I would. First, they didn’t have a lot of the items on the menu. Second, And more important, everything we ordered was super bland and had no flavor at all. We got some empanadas, and the chicken was just dry and powder-like because it was shredded to death. It tasted like it was 3 days old. And the beef was super dry and had no flavor or anything else. It looked NOTHING like the photos! And the salchi papa (which is supposed to be fries with sausage and cheese on top) were super soggy and wet because they drowned it in this disgusting ketchup/mayo sauce and covered it in that dry flavorless ground beef and slices of white cheese, and MORE DISGUSTING SAUCE! So gross. We threw our entire order, and all $45 of it, straight in the trash! What a waste.

The salchipapa isn’t the same. Once they switch cooks, they switch the style.
My plate used to be full to the top, now it’s half full. Thick pieces of salchicha, I had to cut them myself to be slimmer.. I don’t want to choke on them. Thick sausages for a small throat ain’t soo fun.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Food was so dry and had no taste. I had to throw it away, that was a waste of $20.

Definitely one of the best food trucks I’ve ever tried, I love the chicharrón with fried plantains, next time I’ll go for the bofe.

Walked over here while my car was in the shop. Got a beef arepa and fried sausage. Arepa was doused in delicious sauce but beef was a little tough, still very flavorful though. Fried salami with tostadas was stupid good
