Don’t often go to Jimmy John’s for a fairly simple reason: they don’t offer salads. Well, they do offer tiny pesto and potato salads, but not lettuce-based ones. That said, I do like the quality of the sandwiches and appreciate the pickles.
Came to this location a bit after 8:00pm on a Friday (they close at 9:00) with a group of eleven. Two servers were working. We were treated to friendly and fast service. They didn’t act like our large-ish group, which basically filled up the place, was an issue. Dealt with the fact that several in our group had very specific order requests. I should add that, for the time of the evening, the place was clean. We were in and out of the place in around 15 minutes.
Sure, the prices are higher than some other sandwich chains (comparable to Togos), but what you get is much better than other chains (such as Subway). So, you have to make a quality vs. quantity decision.
Based on this experience, I would certainly recommend this location. So long as you are aware of what you are paying and what you are getting, you really can’t go wrong.
Thanks for a positive experience at the end of a very long day. My group appreciated the service and the food.

I almost always get the #9 Italian night club, and it’s always a good sandwich. However at this location it was exceptional, I am not sure what they did different but it was spectacular! Loads of flavor and super fresh! Staff were super friendly and freaky fast! Keep up the good work!

Of the big chain sandwich shops this is definitely the worst. Profit margin must be huge considering the paltry amount of ingredients they put on a sandwich. Don’t even get me started about “adding avocado” $1.20 and they barely put a green stain on there. Im not even sure its actually avocado, there’s not enough to even taste it. I would rather drive to Vancouver and get Jersey Mikes.

We came in today to get our favorites combination box for the Super Bowl. Their sandwiches are always made fresh and always delicious. Today they accidentally overcharged us and we hadn’t even realized (Honestly we just assumed prices went up just like everything else), but the gentlemen working behind the counter let us know about the accidentally overcharge and fixed it immediately. They were all incredibly professional and we will happily continue to be customers at Jimmy John’s.
Thank you for the honesty when most aren’t anymore.

Foods always good, but holy slow! Some might say freaky slow! Sunday afternoon and the drive thru is not even moving. we waited 20 minutes in the store for the order we placed 10 minutes prior to showing up…hopefully just a bug.

Exceptional customer service! I had my order messed up 2 times on different occasions and they are great about giving you a credit that is more than fair or remaking the order and making it right! And they apologize for the inconvenience, I was understanding of the situation because it is a newer location and people are still learning but it’s great to know that people still value the importance of customer service.
