Hostess advised me that there is an hour wait. I took my chances. I was curious to “why” it was a long wait. I ordered coffee and waited. My server was not people friendly, but that was alright because I was sure it was a bad day for her. An hour later, my food arrived. It was not fresh, it didn’t look like the picture on the menu, or taste good. Before I left, I asked my server if there was always a long wait. She told me that on a daily base, the wait ranged between 20-25 minutes. If you are a traveler, not a good idea to stop at after a long ride in the car…

Went here on our lunch break. We get there and order, there were only 4 other tables in the place so we figured it shouldn’t take too long. Half an hour went by, our waitress never stopped in or said anything to us. We had to flag her down and ask about the food. She tells us, “There is one more table in front of you, so yours should be started in 5 minutes or so.” That would put our food being started almost 40 minutes after we ordered. We had to be back to work in 15 minutes so we just left. Worst service i’ve ever had and the absolute slowest meal preparation around. Not worth the time to bother going to this restaurant.

It’s a standard Perkins restaurant. Good food, nice menu selection to choose from. I took my 17 month old out to eat here for the first time. We went during slow hours, 2PM on a weekday. The waitress was very understanding of our needs. Nice french toast for a little one.

This Perkins is great. We had a food error, but our waitress more than made up for it with a coupon for us to use and a free cookie. The food is always good here and the staff is very accommodating. They had no problem when I asked if I could sit by an outlet to work on my laptop.

The food was good but the server not great. I ordered soup which came to the table not cold but not even near warm so had to have that heated. The server no sooner got that to my table and delivered the salad I ordered. I asked right away for silverware and she said OH sure thing. I finished the soup and still no silverware and so asked another server and she said she would get it right away which she did.. she went to an empty table where there was silverware and just dropped it on the table.. it was wrapped in a napkin. The original server came back and asked if I wanted anything and by that time I had finished eating and said my check.. Oh sure thing.. ten minutes later.. I don’t usually get ticked but there were only 5 tables with people and three servers… then there was the banging of pots and pans from kitchen and other tables were looking around like, ‘what the heck’. It was not a pleasant experience and I was alone so it wasn’t like there was a table full at my table. The server was just spacey and less than attentive and really didn’t want to be there… too bad cause the food was fine.

New Years Day… a group of us go for brunch. Get some water, and then wait. Over 30 minutes for a drink order, nearly 45 before we place food order, and our food comes out cold 90 minutes after we walk in the door. When we asked as we leave what the issue was, we were informed they were severely understaffed. I asked for refills and was greeted with an eye roll. Fine, but why did I have to ask before they tell me its gonna be a bit of a wait. 2 servers, 1 manager, and 1 in the kitchen. The dining area was packed. Hopefully they have learned from their egregious mistake.

It wasn’t very busy when we arrived. When our order was finally taken, the incidentals were forgotten. No one came to check on us to make sure all was well. I ended up having to leave the table to find our server and ask for the missing items we needed.
I give them 3 stars because the food was good, but the service was definitely lacking today!

Food was cooked to perfection, just delicious. The meal was great but the waiter I had displayed a very negative attitude. She did her job well, however I could have enjoyed my meal without listening to someone’s drama.

They have great food! Wait staff usually pretty nice and polite. But the wait time for a meal is pretty ridiculous. There have been a couple times it didnt take as long but even where were one of three tables it still takes ten min to order the twenty waiting for the food! Overall its decent. Plan go go back of course

Three attempts I gave this place before forgoing all together. The last time I visited there were three large party tables that were not cleared for at least twenty minutes; one of the employees from the kitchen popped out to grab some dishes, but the table was left a mess. Wait for our food was extremely long. Great if you grab a pastry item to go or expect to sit in the restaurant for at least an hour.
